The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The best part of the stay. Staff while inconspicuous at times was friendly and helpful.
The location is remote. Very few dining options around. However, if remote is what you are looking for, Rockport is a charming town. Basic breakfast. Not the best, but not the worst. Basic. Free.
