It was very close to our venue. The staff were very polite and helpful.
The products in the bathroom were not filled up. I didn’t realize the hair conditioner was fully empty until I was actually in the shower and I had already washed my hair. The pillows were too fluffy.

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. We were able to check in a little early
First we could not unload our bags because there were what looked like Ubers taking up all of the spots so we had to go to a parking lot then cart our luggage to the hotel while it was raining. Then in the middle of the night the ceiling starting pouring water into the bathroom from the room above. We messaged the front desk but they didn't respond so we had to follow up with a call They told us maintenance wouldn't be in until 6am and they couldn't do anything about it until then. They sent a security person to check on it. He saw the problem but said he couldn't do anything about it. He smelled strongly of marijuana and once he left our room then smelled of it which added to our frustration of not being able to use the bathroom. They eventually asked if we wanted to switch rooms but at that point we were getting ready to check out and declined.

The hotel accommodation is refurbished. Beds are comfortable and the room size is quite good.
Unfortunately we found at least 4 bugs / cockroachs within our room. Three inside the room and 1 at the bathroom area.

Comfortable bed, clean room. Excellent breakfast. Good place to stay and visit the city.
I asked for a crib but never got an answer.We’re 4 and there was only two towels in the bathroom. After 45 minutes the front desk lady went up with towels and no answer about crib. I understand some nights are busy but it happened.
