Close to downtown

Breakfast area seating is very limited abd no staff visible durng breakfast time.Tables ate not cleaned and no enforcement on the cleaning by hotel staff or the guest who just used that.

Staff were very friendly and allowed late check out with my Hilton honors membership.

The staff! hotel employee is an amazing receptionist from check in to check out. All the staff were so helpful and had a positive energy that made our group feel safe. Facilities were standard. Food was filling and we appreciated the free coffee and tea

Breakfast area not so clean. Charged us again for the room. Our money was refunded after explaining to the manager. Room was not serviced though the housekepper would do so. The hotel did send us fresh towels.

The location

The breakfast was uninspiring. The selection of food wasn't good; the oatmeal was watery and flavorless, the eggs were cold, etc. The paper plates were not dinner size, they were small ones that you use for dessert and one morning there were no forks

The bed was hard very uncomfortable

We had some sort of emergency alarm go off at 3:30 am, and all of the guests were trapped inside the fire escape stairs. If this were a fire, this would have been extremely dangerous for us to be locked in the stairwell like that.

Good hot breakfast. Clean and quiet. Perfect location and a 10 minute walk to train to airport. Free bottled water. Nice staff too

The Staff, the cleanliness of the room and the free hot breakfast.

Outside area was no smoking and many people were smoking. Had to go inside, got smoked out.

They charged me an extra two hundred dollars for incidentals. Which I did not know about until I checked in. Refused cash and refused my boyfriends credit card over the phone. Luckily my best friend had enough on her card.

The front desk staff was rude and should not be working with the public.

Some staff was trying hard and was friendly under difficult circumstances, but this is a terribly managed hotel with insufficient security in a questionable neighborhood

Room was broken into - apparently with the collusion of management. For three days, they lied to me about conducting an internal investigation to keep me from calling police on them. No investigation was conducted. Had to call police on the management.

The hotel is clean

The check-in took us 1 1/2 hrs. Line to the concierge is too long and no staff bothered to explain why it?s taking so long.

Centrally located, aside from people sleeping outside. And breakfast variety wasn't bad
