Only best thing i could tell is the beach view from the lobby.

horrible experience, bed bugs, no wifi to rooms , rude staff. totally disappointed.

Only thing was the proximity to the beach

The hotel was disgusting I¿m talking bed bugs , ants roaches and then the owner is money hungry and a liar . She doesn¿t Care about giving good customer service .

Proximity to ocean; very good and quiet air conditioner.

Noisy, too dark in the bathroom, no plug in the bathroom. Web site must have more information about the location of the rooms and furniture must reflect the actual furniture in the room. Way too many restrictions. I did not see name of hotel outside.

The food

In the advertisement it said the hotal had a pool and it did not. It also said there was a kitchen in every room it was false also no mini fridge or even a coffee maker which was dissappointing due to the fact that we had to walk to get coffee every morn

I love that you can get up and have amazing food right there while looking at the ocean. Be on a breath taking beach all day and a great dinner without having to get in a car. We had just spent 3 nights at a breathtaking resort on the island for a conference, but it was a welcome change. It's kinda like walking into a yoga studio. You just start feeling at peace.

Excellent location in a posh neighborhood. Has direct beach access. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Bus to Old San Juan and to airport pass nearby.

Very old furniture and little equipment in the rooms: this hotel deserves a total renovation. Front desk and bar staff quite unconcerned. All in all, it's too pricey for what you get.

It is a small, local, hotel right on the beach. It's perfect for someone who doesn't want the resort feel but still wants to be on the beach. I also loved the neighborhood. There are so many great restaurants that are a short 15 minute walk.

I'd explore other restaurants nearby, the one on the property isn't the best.

It’s all about location. Right on the beach Great beach barNothing fancy, if you don’t like hearing the ocean this place is not for you. We loved hearing the waves crash.

I love the location of the hotel.

There were a lot of places that were stained, rusty and that needed updating.

Beach front is beautiful and the property is in a nice residential neighborhood

Right on the Beach! Beautiful view. The staff at the bar was amazing! So nice and helpful!

Walls were very thin. We were up at dawn every morning because we could hear hotel staff through the wallsOn the first floor. The front desk staff was very rude to us. We were told for $50 we could have a late check out of 5:30. We paid that and the next day were told it was 1:00. No refund was issued. Also we had trouble getting towels. And our toilet broke durning our stay and ran water out in our room.

It was right on the beach and conveniently located to additional restaurants other than the restaurant in the Hotel. They provided lounge chairs and beach towels. I did enjoy lounging in the restaurant to enjoy the beach and breeze without getting to toasty.

I didn't like that they didn't have mini refrigerators and that the service at the hotel was so slow. I wish they provided umbrellas for the chairs.

The location is incredible, literally on the beach. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

The only thing I didn't like was the GPS route to get there. The streets are narrow and the parking is tight.

Friendly and comfortable environment scenery was exceptional accommodating and helpful. Food was very nicely prepared at the hotel surrounding areas, safe and accessible to other parts of the town.

It is an ocean front property

Lack of customer service, poor maintenance of the property, poor service at the restaurant.
