Location was great and the staff

The bed frame was a queen size and the mattress king, super hard beds couldn’t sleep . Hotel needs to be renovated.

How clean the rooms were. Staff kept the fridge stocked with drinks and the activities the hotel offered.

the FOOD. i selected this hotel because i didn't want to leave. The food wasn't to my liking. I ended up eating off site.

All Inclusive

It was not 21 and over. Cruise ships passengers have access to the beach which included minors. The resort is suppose to be 21 and over. Also lack of nightly entertainment with the exception of White/Neon party on Friday nights.

We enjoyed the restaurant/food options. The bars were also a plus.

The rooms could have been a bit cleaner. Walls were scraped up, dust accumulated in the corners of every wall or dresser. The bed wasn¿t as comfortable either.

A manager got us some more comfortable pillows when asked

Woul not allow me to order steak and lobster at steak house together, when both items were available¿..all inclusive?

Staff at this hotel was always pleasant & smiling. Constant cleanings around hotel by staff. Location almost a 10/10 but since it was a little farther out from shopping stores (a good 10-15 minute walk), gave a very good 9/10 rating, we will be back :0)

Nothing bad, overall experience at this RUI Antillas hotel was better than I expected. Did not like that there was no shower curtain in our shower in our Villa room :0(

The location is great! The room was gorgeous except for the nearby construction. The food choices sere good. Overall, a nice hotel.

The ongoing crisis construction and lack of nightly entertainment.

I don't think people ahould be allowed to bring large travel mugs to have filled up with alcohol at the bars. Mid afternoon at the swim-up bar is filled with sunburned drunks. If banning them is extreme, then limit the amount of refills allowed please.

The staff was phenomenal. The food and entertainment was great. I went by myself and was never bored I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Loved the view from the spacious oceanfront suite. I also loved the mini bar with bottles and dispensers, however I would¿ve appreciated a tequila option.

The resort itself is very old and outdated. I don¿t like that they don¿t take reservations. The swim up pool was extremely dirty the entire stay it was full of broken balloons, lemon wedges, and had a film of filth sitting on top of the water.

The hotel was in a fantastic location and the beachfront was great!

Food was mediocre at best (even at restaurants) The entire place could use a coat of fresh paint, pretty beat up. No service while at the beach, would have been nice to have servers out there so you didn¿t have to go back to the pool bar for a drink.

The entertainment staff and bartenders were amazing..

The waiters/ waitresses in the restarants were not friendly. They acted like they were disturbed when asked a question.

Cleanliness and speed

There are no restaurants open from 11 to 12 and their activities list on the app is inaccurate I saw 3 activities going on and would have never known they were going to happen.

The all inclusive amenities were amazing! Limitless drinks and food!! The proximity to town was also ideal!

The location is great. Hotel is positioned in the best area of the island. I loved the beach and the activities that the hotel offered.

I had to request wash clothes several times without receiving. Disappointed in the poor quality of alcohol.

The best thing I like about the hotel was the scenery & the people that were visiting.

I did not like the way they conducted the reservation list for their specialty dining. I also didn¿t like that everything closed so early. If you missed dinner the hotel didn't have hot food to provide after 8pm. Just cold cheese & nachos with hard bread.

Check in was a disaster. The person checking us in could not locate our third room. After showing him all of our confirmation numbers, he still questioned us. 30 minutes and a blown surprise later, he magically found the check in envelope!

Location was great. Staff was very attentive. Pools and beach also great.

The beds and pillows were very poor for it¿s star rating. Food was good for special dinner restaurants buffet was average If you have dietary restrictions or other needs like gluten free or vegan this is a very poor choice

The hotel was doing constructions so we got woken up every morning to banging. Housekeeping would just walk into our room unannounced, in the morning and at night time. This made me feel very uncomfortable. Why is housekeeping coming to my room at 9pm?

The hotel was under construction worst experience i ever had ceiling in lobby dripping water all over my head then ceiling finally collapsed water debris all over lobby people screaming stood in line halfhour to chrck in was give room 537 went down

Hall doors kicked in debris everywhere opened my room only to find people in room it was occupied went back front desk had to wait in line again halfhour got key 6 floor same condition rug in hall all ripped dust debris empty rooms all ripped up
