To continue to offer guests high-quality amenities and a memorable guest experience, Aruba Marriott Resort has announced La Vista will be undergoing enhancements starting June 6, 2023. Once completed, the new and refreshed restaurant concept – Mercat – will take diners to the Mediterranean shores with a carefully curated menu of exotic spices and flavors, and a lively modern setting.The opening of Mercat is scheduled for the first week of September. However, please note: La Vista Terrace will open after 5 weeks.Guests will still have 12 other restaurants & bars to choose from during the enhancement phase!During the enhancement, guests can enjoy the breakfast buffet at Ruth’s Chris Steak House. Or, with an oceanfront view from the Waves decks, a continental breakfast served at table with options of hot dishes ordered a la carte. The hotel will also have daily happy hour at the family pool from 12 PM – 1 PM and 3 PM - 5 PM with live entertainment from Thursdays to Sundays.
