- Location was good,
- The attention to small details in service: pool attendants asking to refill my water, free yoga in the morning, housekeeping coming around in the afternoon to see if I needed more towels or water.
- The hotel was very cute and charming. I would love to come back in the Summer and take advantage of the free bikes and swimming pool
Cons -
- Restaurant food was inedible topped by sky high prices. Service was slow on all levels; beverages, food. Dinner was not served to all 4 at the same time. Food was salty, portions small, once it arrived. I was not happy with the pillows in the room.
- I wish breakfast was included with all bookings.
- Very very poor customer service. Extremely rude and offensive front desk staff. Room was not ready an hour and 20 minutes past check in time and they offered no apology or explanation. They did not even offer us a glass of water, or a seat in the lobby

Location was good,

Cute and trendy hotel with nice rooms walking distance to town
