Stayed here at The Chancery Pavillon Hotel in May 2016 on our visit to Bangalore from America.Our overall experience was very pleasant.Room was very clean and comfortable.We took the breakfast option which was good.Hotel is situated in the center of town.

I was Trapped in the hotel elevator due to a malfunctioning access card, no immediate help despite using the emergency alarm. When tested, the system failed. Extremely distressing experience, especially as a claustrophobe.
