The Code Residence - ذا كود ريزيدنس

It is at a great location and the staff were very helpful

The property is way to tight and compressed. It felt very claustrophobic

Location, clean and nice staff.

Every thing , clean , staff friendly, fast service, great location

Cleanness Service Hospitality

Lack of coffeeshops around

Very bad experience

Price , location , no hygiene, noisy , not clean

Very clean and tidy near all facilities and restaurants. The view is very nice comfortable place and peaceful.

The location

No soundproofing, large size furniture in small room , old towels and old bedsheets and pillows

All good

They keep vanish liquid (Clorox for cleaning) in the floor of the washroom, not well cleared by water , That touch cloths & change the color!

We liked the cleanliness and tye service.

The underground parking was a huge challenge. The gym could use an upgrade. Other than that great stay but pillows need to be changed and sheets need to be cleaned a bit more as I got bit on my first day amd my kids.

The furniture was good and also the location is good

Uncomfortable pillow and matress..

It is better than the other properties around the area, furniture is modern and good

I did not like the attitude of the asian receptionist she was rude. The water pressure was very low..

The bedroom is too small even the bathroom. The bed isn’t comfortable when I sleep on it . Also there is smell on the bedsheet and the billows as They didn’t change it . I don’t recommend to stay on it

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The property is clean and well-maintained, with modern and new facilities that made our experience very comfortable. It is perfectly suited for families, offering a safe and welcoming environment. The location is also excellent—close to several restaurants, which made dining out very convenient. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Staff - The nice scent and smell - the availability of parkings - the minimalism of the apartment

The cleaning company didnt do a good job in the daily housekeeping. They just do surface cleaning

Our stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The rooms were spotless and cozy, the location was perfect, and the staff went

Spacious apartment, very clean, beds very comfortable, room service filled us with tea, coffee and water. It was a super quiet stay in a very busy place where it has lots of facilities, restaurants and juice shops around. Not to forget the welcoming staff ?

Swimming pool is too small ?

Luxury furniture and centlized location in Sulmiyah City

Location and excellent level of accommodation

Everything was perfect — the size of the apartment, cleanliness, location, and the staff

There was not proper security at the hotel , anyone from outside could easily access the rooms without being checked

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of our stay was perfect. They welcomed us warmly, offered helpful suggestions, and responded to every request with genuine care and attention. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, making it a true escape after a long day. What truly stood out, however, was the service. The reception team did everything they could to accommodate our needs—nothing was too much to ask. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing local recommendations, or simply checking in to ensure we were comfortable, they were always available and eager to help. This level of service made us feel truly valued and taken care of. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality.
