SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western AC LUXE Angeles City

They hotel was Great. The noise level at nit till 2am was intolerancable. You could not sleep. Noise was like TV on loud.

Hotel was great. But noice level from bar very close did not allow patrons of hotel any sleep.

The location was great. Staff are kind and always ready to assist. The room was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast needs some improvement. Choices are very limited.

It’s walking distance to the city center and the shopping. Room is spacious and comfortable. Staffs are willing to assist and warm.

The bed is not too comfortable.

Well maintained. Clean.

The king room and queen room we booked fits 3 persons in 1 bed. We paid for 3 persons per room but the amenities dental kit, towel, bottled water etc were requested and standard were only good for 2 even we booked for 3 persons each room. We have to remind the staff every single day that we booked 3 persons per room. Aside from booking of 3 persons per room paid in advance we have to pay for 2 more extra additional bed totalling 8 persons but the services we receive is only for 2 persons as it is the standard regardless you pay add ons. NO PHOTOS to share Not happy with what we paid for.

It's a go-to place to stay for me and indeed a "sure stay". This is my 2nd booking and this time, I brought my family with me. We got upgraded for free so it was a happy perk! Staff were responsive with anything we needed. I accidentally got their 3-pin adaptor when we checked out and reported it immediately - honest mistake, I thought it was my one as I brought the same and they waived it no questions asked. They will not compromise the guest's convenience.

Perhaps, the pool is too open and near the reception area and is literally in the lobby so it was uncomfortable to swim

The staff are Amazing. They really made my stay wonderful. Everyone from the front desk crew, security, and maintenance/house keeping always said hello and inquired if I needed anything every time they saw me.The rooms are great. I had a small hiccup in my room the my last night with Aircon leaking. They upgraded my room immediately upon letting them know and helped me move my belongings. Fortunately, I was 80% packed. If had any issues or questions they handled them immediately.I did not eat at the restaurant or use the swimming pool. I saw plenty of guests who did.I stayed for 1 week and would stay here again given the opportunity. I put the same review on maps

The property has been remodeled and has comfortable rooms and beds. Staff was kind and accommodating.

Loud music and noise from nearby made it difficult to sleep.

Convenient location

Not sound proof, the surrounding was very noisy, even at night.

The staff was very attentive to our needs. They changed our room because it was was complaining about the noise outside and near customer in our room.

Need rules. Definite rules what is the hotel will be. Love hotel or business hotel. Because you are hearing some unpleasant sounds. Or sound proof in every room . I like the staff but unfortunately will not stay again.

The hotel was very easy to find! we got welcome drinks and free room upgrade! They were also very responsive! It was my boyfriend's bday and they decorated the room with balloons!!!!

could use more parking, but it didn't really affect us since they reserved parking for us

Customer service was great especially Gigi very helpful with any questions or concerns.knowledgeable to customer care ,smiling face and greeting when on arrival.

The noise from outside motorists and motorcyclists

The room was very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job in between.

The only problem with the bathroom glass wall was that someone got up to the bathroom. The other person got woke up. Because of the light.At the front desk, sometimes it’s weird when there are 7 or 8 people behind the desk, giggling. They try to stop when you walk by. It’s just kind of weird.

I’m a frequent guest in sure stay..very convenient and clean hotel..the staff took care very well especially Llyod, Justin, Gigi and also the security guard..for those travelers who wants to be pampered and have a pleasant stay, do visit sure stay

The facilities were not in use eg.the phone in the room but nothing to be worried as the front desk wasn’t far

So noisy so loud of music at the back.. No hot cold shower .. middle of the nite their is water running next room is like doing showering in whole night ?

The lady guard and the cleaner are both friendly and helpful.

Ceiling is leaking brown colored water, floor vinyl is leaking when you step on it. Cockroaches in front of the building. The receptionist upon check out asked me for a missing teaspoon that was NOT even available in the room. I actually requested one and they just ignored it, I even ended up bringing a plastic utensil. This teaspoon delayed our check out. I stayed for 13 days and I asked for room transfer due to water leakages they only transfered us when the water leakage is already uncontrollable after 7 days. Power outages. Noisy.

I like location itself

The drainage was blocked that i have the call, it should have been checked prior. We were informed that it was blocked by hair, talk about cleanliness. Knowing that the room will be occupied by 3 people, they should have at least prepared prior to accomodate 3, all thins were prepared for 2 only. There was a staff there when we were about to check out, the one processing the check out on July 21, 12 noon was unfriendly. She never smiled and the way she explained things was as if she cant do anything. They have to check their policies about receipt as it is mandatory to provide a receipt app or not, they are paired up with booking.com and should have the capability to release an official receipt.

Not coming back

Me and my family stayed for one night before going to clark international airport, our room was beside the maintenance/laundry area, and the laundry area was operating all night with buzzers and water dripping, the maintenance staffs are not even considerate that somebodys occupying the room beside the area, loud banging and hard objects dropping on the floor. aside from the laundry sounds, music bands playing up to 3am. The hotel IS NOT meant for family.
