Clarkton Hotel Apartment

On-site restaurant is excellent, but Staff need to be a bit more attentive.

Room food menu was sticky from spilled food. Road noise in front of hotel is very annoying & constant. Need to replace street front windows with noise-insulated glass panes and soundproof the aircon ducting. Facilty update due. Showing age.

Large rooms & everything works well. Adjacent restaurant has a great international menu & room service to the hotel.

Additional drinking water would be appreciated. One small bottle per person per day is not enough.

Their customer service. They take care of any problems right away.

One cleaning lady was rude by making a comment. But the manager took action.

Clean pool. Well maintained. Amazing restaurant menu. Excellent food quality. Solid bed bases. Quiet air-conditioning. Flies in outdoor dining. Make mosquito net table covers.

Street noise from loud vehicles. Rooms need to be soundproof. Drunk, noisy guests in adjacent rooms. Rooms need to be soundproof. Hallway lights wasting electricity all night. Dim hallway lights from 8pm to 8am. Install solar panels above entire pro

Great staff, reliable, secure, good price, great steaks!

Soundproof doors!

Great staff good device All in one hotel

No I'm a repeat customer

I have been coming to the Clarkton for 18 years and the staff is the best. The motto is just like home and they mean it.

Food was good. Staff very friendly.

Room looks old and very small. I was in a room facing the street.

Location, food restaurant cheap good food,

Water shower toilet need to renovate

Reasonable and pleasant.

Original room was not as advertised, but I made a deal for an upgrade by cutting my stay by one day. … All in all, staff worked with me to create a pleasant stay.

We love all the staff from security guards to reception. They are all very helpful, always smiling and greeting customers. Veil, at the reception was very kind and nice and she made sure we had a comfortable stay. Shoutout to all the guards! They just don't control the traffic but also took our luggages inside the hotel, I appreciate them all. Food were good too!

The only thing that's missing is an elevator esp for older people who have hard time taking the stairs . We also had luggages, though they helped us take them to the room, it would be better if there's easy access to the rooms for elderly people. But overall, It was excellent!

Great room with super large comfortable bed. Staff very helpful.

They suggested parking is first come first served and that’s fine. But the security guards always did their best to help. It can be noted it’s a fairly busy road.

Friendliness of the staff of the hotel, location and the price.

The room needs more sound proofing as you can here doors closing, footstep and chatters of people passing at the hallway.

Not a high rise. Thought it was closer to Clark airport. Said 1.5 miles away.

Older-reminded me of the when Clark was still a Navy Base

The staff are nice , even from the Security guard that serve as a doorman too. They have free mineral water, and complete toiletries.

The bedsheet got stain. The toilet size is cramp. No lift at all.

Friendly staff

1980 style rooms, no elevator , in in my 60s

The staff was great, rooms were clean, and they had hot water.

The hotel is very close to the red light district so a lot of traffic going in and out of the hotel. Had a hard time sleeping with all the sex noises coming from the other rooms. Not a good family place but if you are traveling for pleasure with women then this is your spot. No parking and on a very busy street. Good for the price but wouldn't stay there again due to it being a hotel to take women to hook up and not really used for anything else.

Bed a little hard and pillows too big. I wished there were some flatter ones.

We stayed 2 nights in Angeles after our trip to Baguio. The hotel is near to the airport. The room is clean and very comfortable. We do wish that the power of the water could be a bit stronger.

Great room, quiet which is nigh-impossible to find in PH, haha. Great cafe with decent prices. Enormous king-sized bed FTW ??
