I mentioned during booking if they could do something simple to help celebrate my daughter’s birthday. What Marriott did was far beyond that.Upon check-in, we were unexpectedly upgraded to a Presidential Suite—easily 10x the value of what we booked. The gesture was thoughtful, generous, and incredibly memorable.This wasn’t just an upgrade; it was true service excellence. Marriott turned a simple request into an unforgettable family moment. Super highly recommended!

Nothing!

The room had ample space. The cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable. And the buffet spread during breakfast was scrumptuous and filling. Plus, the staff are friendly and accomodating.

Nothing worth an urgent attention. But maybe just a more organized check-in/ check-out lanes to facilitate better customer relations.

Very clean and every corner is tidy. The room service is excellent. In fact, every staff is very good

Not much food options

Room service dinner. Staff were polite and diligent. Food is great! The next morning our leftovers the room service warm up the food for us. The sunny side I eggs were excellent.

The rewards

Hotel was very nice. Overall, I would stay here again. Breakfast was good. Plenty of staff to assist.

My only complaint was that I didn’t even have a full roll of toilet paper and ran out the first day. They did bring me a couple of rolls when I called them.

Breakfast buffet was excellent. I felt the hotel was very safe. The hotel felt like a 5 star hotel and I enjoyed my stay.

The shower in my room was poorly designed because the water ended up going all over the bathroom when I tried to use the overhead rain shower feature.

New, bigger rooms

Poor acoustic isolation From the room i can hear people in the hallway closing doors after midnightThe windows are not sealed well such that from the 7th floor I can hear the movie shown at the pool area. Hard to sleep because of this2. When we checked in past midnight, the lobby smelled like cheap chemical cleaner. The elevator smelled the same

Everything. Staff were nice, friendly and accommodating.

None, was hoping to avail their spa but was fully booked when we checked in.☹️. Well, next time ?

Loved the pool area and the outdoor seating area and swing!

The staff and the hotel made sure all our requests were attend to on time. They actually granted our request to have chairs to brought in our room as we will have our dinner there. They granted our request without any hesitation :)

The restaurants were not so diverse

Our stay at the Marriott exceeded all our expectations! The facilities were fantastic, and my children especially loved the pool. The room was spacious enough to comfortably fit our whole family. One delightful surprise was the turndown service – something we don’t often encounter at other hotels. It came just at the right moment, as we were about to run out of drinking water, and they quickly took care of it. We were really impressed with the thoughtful touches and extra care they provided!

Breakfast buffet is a bit pricey.

They gave me a really big room which was very comfortable. The receptionist was kind to offer me a late checkout since I checked in quite late the night before.

I found the price for one night expensive.

Everything was excellent, from the room to the pool. I didn't get a chance to lose money at the casino; maybe next time.

It's quite difficult to find things to dislike about this hotel. Although there are many restaurants on-site, it's too far to walk to local eateries and shops. Since I didn't have a car, I had to rely on taxis, which can become quite expensive.

The employees are very nice especially Raine. Very warm and friendly. I like the pool, it is very safe for the children. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Lots of food variety. And even for lunch and dinner a lot of restaurants nearby so you have a lot of options.

The room that I booked has no bathtub but to the app there is. So a bit confusing.

no free breakfast, restaurants closed early, rooms are so simple no bath tub etc. room provisions are just 2 star, refs are empty... overall rating is 2-1/2 star only.

i've been to other hotels with much better facilities at same price.
