The building and room and well staff

They accidentally gave me a bottle of cleaning detergent that looked like a bottle of water

While the room was great, we were left for several hours on the morning of check out without and hot water. This caused a big inconvenience for us as we needed to get ready to.leave. the desk staff at checkout would not compensate us.very bad business.

It is luxury hotel for me? very comfortable and clean. We had a great stay. And all of the staff are nice and humble. Thank you

No direct elevator service from parking to lobby. Location of check in counter is too far from the entrance to the building.

The pool was nice

I was not impressed with the room they advertise the room as a suite, but the only difference is a larger bathroom. There is no living room like every other suite i have been in in the past the suite also does not include lounge access like every other suite i have stayed at.

Room style (colors), view, furnitures, amenities.

- No bidet (high tech toilet is nice but i think it's good to have a separate bidet spray). I'm aware tho it's a Swiss/European type of room maybe that's why, but since it's in the Philippines it would be much appreciated. Not a big deal, but would be better.- Sometimes we can smell something not sure if it's the sewer. Not too strong though.- You can easily hear people from outside, so assuming people outside could also easily hear you from inside. I think this is what really bothered me.

We stayed here to celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary. The staff went all out in celebrating with us by placing surprise treats and decor in our room. The room was very comfy, spacious and clean. We also loved the breakfast and the pool. Great staff and place all in all!

Great & luxury hotel. Nice staff. Room was spacious, clean and great. Wonderful bed and shower. Breakfast buffet is huge and very delicious. Overall a great experience to stay there.

None. But the prices on the in-house spa can be improved.

It had free parking since I was driving from Manila.

A pipe burst while we were there. The shower had air coming out of it. The in house masseuse had a cough.

It was near everything. The room was lovely.

Staff was friendly, customer oriented, responsive, and courteous.

Lobby was a bit chaotic.

Kid friendly, facilities were.excellent, staff was very accommodating and service was wonderful. Special thanks to Ms Sophia at the club lounge for the very warm welcome. The surprise for my nieces was a really great touch.

The line for the breakfast buffet at Markt was a bit long and it used some of our time which we could have spent enjoying the place more. We opted to take our breakfast at the lounge but kids were not allowed there so that was a bit sad so the kids just took a swim instead so they weren't able to have their breakfast. But I do appreciate Ms Kaycee and the lounge manager for making an exception for the kids to have breakfast in the lounge but they weren't able to have it as the kids were already in the pool before we have discussed it.

One of the best hotels in Clark. Wonderful buffet breakfasts and the pool area is divine.

Part of the Hahn Casino complex and the downstairs area has a signature scent which is truly gag inducing.
