Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort

The location was great, it was very close to my family’s place who lives in Porac. My mom sister’s my Aunt funeral.The food was okay it could be better like the food out in California especially for a high end hotel. The hospitality of the entire staff was amazing from the from entering, front desk, staff cleaning the room, Olive restaurant staff. Spa and gym staff.I had an appointment with Daisy for a massage excellent service from her. Overall it was excellent and fantastic, I will come back to this Hilton again.

Location, good breakfast, clean

The assigned room was far and along the hallway, smell of cigarettes from the casino can be felt, increase the number of water bottles, at least 2 bottles per person, per day, you should have laundry or dirty clothes bag.

They took such good care of me and my family. Well done and thank you so much to Sean, Kimberley, Marie, Roderic, Fiona and Kenneth for your professionalism, courtesy and care. There were also activities that were so fun for us. We enjoyed the guided painting activity from a lical artist's group, the spa and playing a game of badminton. Food was amazing from Olive and the confections from their tiny food kiosks at the lobby were so lovely too. We'll definitely be back.

We stayed in the King One Bedroom Suite with an extra bed in the living room for our kids. The room is pretty nice. The breakfast buffet was great with a variety of food. We also went to the Italian night dinner buffet. Not only did they have Italian food. There were plenty of other options. Great location. Not too far from Clark Freeport.

Staff were very attentive from the lobby. Full assistance to check-in and to the room. Always smiling and with courtesy when discussing and conversing.Executive lounge was great as well. SPA services, though choices came with a hefty price, what matters was the service. it was totally worth it.Children's activities and amenities were excellent as well. this was the main reason why we chose it over other 5 star hotels.Sir Manny was excellent in letting us know that we can contact him directly in case issues or whatever we need.

since it was my wife's bday, requested cake wasn't there in the room. but all good, minor issue.

I liked the activities available for the kids - the bikes and the karts.Breakfast was good with lots of options.Staff were very friendly as well. They made us feel very welcome.

Can't think of anything that I didn't like about the property.

cleanliness of the whole place, and most of the staff from the security, reception, attendants in Olive (restaurant), lifeguard have pleasing personalities & manners, all were accommodating & welcoming.

for me this is not a big deal, but needs to reach your attention i guess. during breakfast, one lady "chef" in black with curly hair, w/ eyeglasses passed by maybe thrice to arrange the dishes & pastry without doing/saying anything to me...unlike other staff who have smile on their faces & greeted every client. then a caucasian man happened to keep up on me while getting some pastry, this lady chef cheerfully greeted the caucasian man just beside me & since i am an oriental or filipino she did not bother to say hi or even smiled at me....its discriminatory!

Breakfast was good and location is convenient

Breakfast needs to have more verity of local fruits and dinner time seafood counter was lot to be desired miniature items not hilton standard

The breakfast buffet spread had a great variety of choices. My family enjoyed. I want to come back for that.?

Calls to the operator during our stay took time to be answered.

The Breakfast was superb! The spread was elaborate and the food was delicious. The waitresses looked after us. Dean at the reception was super friendly.

On Jan 11 when we checked in and were already in the room we tried to contact the operator, dialed zero in several attempts but no one answered. Later that day probably when the shift changed, the operator was already answering.

Very friendly staff. Play area for children near pool area. Clean.

The room is very clean and smells great.The breakfast buffet tasted great.

The new year dinner buffet was underwhelming. The steak was dry. The lobster was just ok. Asked for coffee but was not served.

Beautiful clean hotel with extremely friendly staff.

The only minor complaint is the food at the breakfast buffet was always cold, even for a buffet. It did have a great taste, but they could do better to keep it warm.

There is no indoor parking.The foods are not fresh and not in good quality.

Staff were very friendly. The hotel was lovely and clean, and the food was reasonably priced and delicious (we often got room service but didn't get to try the buffet).

It was a little far from other places in Clark. Lobby also had a cigarette smell, which is to be expected as the hotel has a casino.
