Room better than condo. Great experience

My room was good for 3 even if I was alone for a very good rate. Bed and pillows were super comfy. Wifi works great. The room is equipped with a kitchenette.You can ask the menu sent up to your room (wish there was one in the room provided too) and the food was good! Massage is available for a great price available for 24hrs but my friend said he didn’t have the service menu in his room (would’ve been helpful too).Wish I stayed longer but will definitely stay here again next time ☺️

It was not clean when we check-in. There was a leftover in the refrigerator. There was a fly in the bathroom.

Comfy beds, staff were friendly. Ok for a short layover.

The bathroom had a very mouldy smell - needed to keep the door closed. No filtered water was available (only 2 small complimentary bottles of water). Breakfast options were limited for the included breakfast. I was surprised there were no fruit options). Finally they advertise an airport shuttle which is why I booked here however there was no airport shuttle available during our stay.

Staff very friendly.

Room was old. No hot water in shower. No wifi. No soap in shower.Breakfast potatoes were cold.

Booking.com showed that this hotel was 3.4km away from the airport and we needed something nearby so we booked it. Once we got in the Grab to the hotel, it turned out it was much further away and would take us half an hour.Bathroom was subpar, not very clean, and the multiple shower heads didn’t work very well, and the water temperature was almost impossible to get right. Pool looked pretty good at night but in the daytime you can see that it needs a deep clean. We were awoke before some time after 6am by loud party music that lasted at least an hr.

When we got there the water was cold but maintenance fixed it.

The staff is absolutely amazing. Attentive to my needs and very polite and professional.Chezka ,Jenella and the rest of the morning and night staff were absolutely amazing and I will be returning here for my stays in the Clark area and no where else... House keeping like my friend Jonas went above and beyond even when. All I asked for were towels and water. Please keep up the great work. This is a perfect example of good old fashioned hospitality.... Thank you all again ?

I like that I have nothing I didn't like.

Staff was very helpful, professional and polite.

When showering in the bathroom the water leaked out into the toilet area. Also very noisy young nursing students at the time of my stay.

It is Clean.

The Rooms are not sound proofed, I can here the other guest in the pool area.

Equipped with full furnished kitchen. Great location. The swimming pool area is nicely kept, although I didn't use it.

No windows in the room I was provided. Bad odor inside the room. A huge cockroach was lurking beside my bed. It trapped itself in the back of the bed and was constantly making rustling noises.

Quiet location but 20-30/60 to the airport. Well appointed new hotel. Clean room toilet shower, pool, foyer, corridor, elevator. Room self contained with a fridge, hotplate, kitchen equipment. Very comfortable bed and pillows, Smart TV, excellent aircon, hot pressurised shower. Complimentary bottled water . Insufficient complimentary tea and coffee. Coffee mugs with coffee stains not very clean. Safe. Walk up call. Room service masseuse. Free shuttle only available from 0700hrs. Taxi organised by hotel staff using their Grab account. Hotel staff informed of the stained coffee mugs. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Had dinner at the on-site restaurant. I ordered beef which came with soup, dessert and drinks. Soup was on the salty side but edible. Beef was so salty very unpalatable. Fruit salad was out of a tin considering the Philippines have many fresh delicious tropical fruit. Dinner was very disappointing. Feedback given to restaurant staff. They only charged for 2 meals instead of 3.

Close to Clark Airport for an early flight. Very clean and welcoming. All the staff were great! Nice big room, kitchenette would be good if we were staying longer. All very new and in perfect condition.

Our room had no outside window, just one on the corridor. Pool is inside, which some may prefer.

the bathroom has many insects and there was no lock on the bathroom door not good if you have children. the scent of the room smells like pee, the public toilet is dirty with pee all over the floor

Good breakfast and nice location.

Your security guard took it upon himself to gossip with my wife; almost causing us to have a divorce in less than one year of getting married. This despicable man caused my wife to refuse to ever visit SureStay ever again because she was convinced that this gossip had told her privacy to all the other hotel staff, and that she will be laughed at behind her back. I wasted money staying at TWO separate hotels before eventually persuading her to agree to a booking for my last two weeks, at your hotel. Perhaps discretion and the privacy and confidentiality of hotel clients and customers is not on your training regime. I have always given you excellent marks out of 10. But this time around, I am VERY disappointed.
