The staff was really nice

The water pressure is very low, and the water smells and the mattress is dirty.

The location was easy to find.

It looks nothing like the pictures, Very poor maintenance, cockroaches, ants and a parasite worm in the shower. There was mold in the kitchen cabinets, and stains all over the walls. The mattress was also dirty with stains. The host didn't want to let us in at first even after showing him my booking and payment confirmation, because we were not on his "list". We came 5 minutes early before our expected arrival time, and he didn't want to listen or check his other list. Very rudely saying they have no free rooms. There were also no amenities in the room, no soap, and no warm water in the shower. Overall I would suggest avoiding this place, don't get fooled by the photos they posted. You can find much better for this price point.

The room was really big everything was clean and for the price it was absoluty perfect. The area is also nice people are friendly in the neighborhood. I ve stayed 3 nights and I can really recommend to stay there.

There are just small things but you can not expect everything to work perfect especially when you pay a cheap price like that so all in all a really good stay :)

The late arrive

In general need to grades one is the old coach the kitchen have black mold spots the washroom the no soap water is not strong enough need more attention the ac blow just hot air im dissatisfied good thing we only stayed for 1/2; night

The staff was good and very helpful. Spacious bed, cold AC and parking with CCTV.

The dinning area was not well lit. The water heater is not working and there are limited TV channels.

No cover for bed, staff said it was in the laundry, TV was broken, drug infested area people outside obviously on day 5 of a drug binge

off beaten track so quiet staff are amazing started of one night booking then extended 3:days at a time now 4 times can't be bothered relocating before flight to Perth western Australia.staff have bent over backwards make me feel like family

in typical filo stke not greatest water pressure ya need a dunny brush to push crap off side of toilet bowl before flush CNT do a second flush instantly as a smoker need a ashtray outside I have a problem throwing ciggie butts on ground non-smoking hotel

There was plenty of places to get food and store items. It was very easy to take the jeepney. Just a straight walk to the front of the major road.

No comforter or bed spread. The sheet we had was very small and thin. The water pressure in the bathroom was very weak at the sink but good in the shower. The tv worked but the volume was muffled as if the tv had been dropped or something. Since it was not packed there, I was at least expecting the management to move me next door to see if the room was better.

Manager met us upon arrival, made us comfortable and provided useful information.

The care taker was very noisy in the morning seems like he was fighting with someone

One of the best oyo hotel we stayed.. highly recomended.. safe, clean, spacious, location is also good.. good value for money. ❤️❤️

The place is clean. We feel safe . Thank you for accomodating us, even we excess in numbers cause the seniors cannot climb stairs..

Oh, the refrigerator is not functioning ,its doesnt close. Some light needs replacement.The water may.have leakage that why the supply is not good. Need to be checked. Our room # is 104. ..hope some rooms in the first floor be reserved for seniors. We reserved two rooms, but ot seems it was first come per serve policy? , blessed that when we arrived we have 2 rooms availed.

Clean and spacious, the staff is very nice and accommodative. The cute design in the lobby part is very nice where I was able to use it for my wedding photo shoot.

The lock of the windows are broken, though there are grills in the window and the place is safe, but much better if the window locks will be fixed. But all in all,everything was ok,

the apartment was spacious, and the A/C is cold. everything went well from Check in to Check Out. staff was very friendly and helpful.

we like this place; it has everything we need. from dining table to coffee mugs and the bathroom was clean and the has great water pressure.

the apartment is located inside a subdivision, the place was quiet and secured. very friendly staff plus the rates are very affordable. there is a store nearby.

The air conditioner was good for this hot weather

This hostel didn’t have any tower, shampoo, body wash or soap for customer. And if you need take taxi to airport, just use Grab because the taxi in Clark city or CRK airport are very expensive.

Close to highway and eatery places nearby especially for breakfast.

No shampoo or bath soap and no dishwashing liquid to clean our dirty used dishes although plates, glassware silverwares and pots & pans are available.

the apartelle is clean, and comfortable. accessible to everything. the room was simple and well lighted. it is located inside a subdivision, so you don't need to worry about safety.

location is good, there are convenience stores in the area which is just a walking distance. the area is safe, quiet and secured. Also, it is close to the airport.
