Potatoes were dry Second room was a free upgrade, was very nice. Staff did not refill water or coffee supplies in room when clean. Batteries went out on door Couldn’t lock it My traveling partner had the same issues. Safe and water. His second room they had to replace the safe. The staff was very nice and cheerful all the time

Booked only 1 room in The Glory Hotel and Residence to celebrate my birthday with family but ended booking total of 3 rooms!. I asked them if it is possible to check in early. They allowed us to check in 10am instead of the usual 3pm check in time since there is already available room. From the moment we checked in, they already showed exceptional service and hospitality. Check in process was seamless. Rooms were clean, very comfortable and spacious so we decided to invite our friends and book another 2 rooms. What truly sets The Glory Hotel and Residence apart, is its staff. Everyone, from the security guards, lifeguard, housekeepers, front desk team, and managers showed level of professionalism and kindness that made our stay a magnificent one. They allowed us to bring outside food even assisted us in bringing them inside our room. They also received and brought the food we ordered from Grabdelivery.Breakfast buffet was good too! Enjoyed swimming pool area so much Wifi is great. Best part is they also allowed us to check out late (6pm).

Room is so nice, clean, tidy, and homey. Buffet breakfast is very good, and well-arranged, managers and staff are so welcoming, polite, attentive, helpful, well-dressed, and friendly. We'll surely come back.
