Pros +

• Location to beach is perfect
• It was the best holiday ever. Incredible staff, beautiful beach and the snorkelling round the reef was amazing. The food at the hotel was 5 star. The kitchen even cooked up our catch for us after we went squid fishing. There was always a great selection and plenty of choice. The lady who makes omelettes in the morning was the best. The lady who cleaned are room was so friendly and did an outstanding job. I got my nails done and had 2 massages in the spa which were incredible! The thing we will truly remember is the friendless of all the staff, they couldnt do enough for us, so professional and always with a smile. Especially Santos who worked on the bar! Thank you again!
• Brilliant location, snorkelling off the beach was great! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The privilege room was clean and lovely location overlooking the pool. Smallish hotel so everything is quick and easy to get to, restaurant overlooking the beach/sea was perfect.

Cons -

• Our flippers and goggles were stolen outside our room. When we asked the staff to check the cameras they told us no one took them. Insinuating that we took our own goggles. There were 4 sets which cost us about R6000. They did not apologize to us and we had to replace the sets as we were snorkeling the next day.
• The place renting out the kayaks ran out of snorkelling masks so recommend you bring your own as the ones in the local shop cost 40!!!
