    Pros +

    • Good location and amenities. The onsen was nice too. The room was clean and had everything we needed in it. Cheap parking was available near the hotel as well.
    • All rooms close to elevator
    • I like the location that is near to a supermarket and convenient stores. I LOVE YOUR LAUNDRY MACHINES! I think it's the best kind of laundry machine I ever experience with, the detergent is in the machine itself and the dryer work so well, all my clothes were completely dry within 2 hours. And it comes with a security pin so that I don't have to worry someone will mistakenly take my laundry.

    Cons -

    • The room was small and it was hard to move around the bed. The glass wall between the beds and the shower and toilet was a surprise, but thankfully there was a curtain.
    • Front desk staff couldn’t speak English. Evening staff didn’t know how to measure, price and send suitcases to next hotel. Had to wait until next morning to ship out suitcases with no guarantee they would arrive before we leave for airport!!
    • The only disappointment is not enough parking lot, the staff did advise to park outside but they didn't really share more about where to find another parking area. It would be helpful if the staff could share with customers where is the nearest parking space (which eventually we found the cheapest paid parking lot and it's very near to the hotel).

there is a guy at the front desk wearing glasses, not sure he is the managerhe is very nice, speaks fluent English, and arrange for us 2 nights the same room, no need to switch roomthank you!also the housekeeping team is greatwe don't need to make up room, but when we back, there a bag of clean towels & amenities put at our door, super!the complimentary evening curry is yummy!

Quite modern in appearance.Breakfast was very fresh and nice but wasn't like the picture. No Bacon and the salad was limited.

Room windows can't be opened. One night might be ok, but we stayed 8 nights. If you like fresh air, this might not be a good option.Fridge is like a toy and fits 2 cans of drink but didn't work. We were provided with a plastic cooler styled mini fridge, which didn't work very well either

The front desk staff was friendly. They did me a favor by calling a taxi for me when I asked so I appreciated the help. There's a public bath available (we didn't use it however). There's a variety of tea that you are free to take.

The room layout perplexed me. I was a bit disappointed because the room seemed bigger in the photos than it actually does. There is a glass wall between the bedroom and the toilet/shower area so you need to use the curtain (from the bedroom side)to get any privacy. There's only one window and it's located in the bathroom area behind the toilet. That window doesn't have a proper curtain, only blinds which showed to be very dusty and you could see out into the public very easily. The shower showed visible mold. The fridge was absolutely tiny and could only fit 3 bottles of drinks. There were some things that the room didn't necessarily need that took up valuable space. The one elevator operates at quite a slow speed. The location of the hotel is a bit inconvenient, it takes quite a bit of time to get to any of the stations. Nishitetsu Kurume and Hanabatake station are in reasonable walking distance (maybe 10-15 min) but my taxi ride to JR Kurume took maybe less than 10min so I can imagine how long that would take by walking.

I love the cupboard in the room which provides a lot of surface for storage

The room size is too small. But ok for a short stay

This hotel had lovely staff and was a great location. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful to start the day off well!

There is only one lift in the hotel, and many floors, with only an emergency staircase. So it takes an extra long time to get to where you need to go!

Breakfast is ok, not bad. Coin laundry is very convenient.

The room for 2 person is a bit small, especially we have big luggage, not enough space to open up and place on the floor.

    7LéaPosted on: 7-1-2023

Very clean and comfortable, good services (ice dispenser, microwave, coin laundry, etc), staff is kind and professional

The room was small, the breakfast a little bit disappointing due to the lack of choice (would have enjoyed more choices of drinks, fresh fruits, bread, etc)

    8CyrillePosted on: 6-3-2023

Very good local restaurant (hizakaya) of gyoza next to the hotel Public bath at the hotel

Too strict with covid restrictions (must wear disposable gloves at the buffet)

    - Not much honestly.- Average size small bathroom.- Average size small room.- Location is fine, although we didn't walk anywhere except dinner.

    - Bed cover was stained, so that was gross.- We’re not sure if it was the hotel’s thin walls or just lack of respect from our neighbor, but we heard them talking through the wall from the moment we arrived late into the night. To call the front desk, you have to use the phone in the hallway, and even though we made a noise complaint, I don’t think the hotel did/said anything to our loud neighbor.- We did not like that the hotel has some parking available, but it fills up quickly and you cannot reserve it. There was a large and mostly empty lot in front of it, but that was for another hotel. So, you end up spending money on paid parking. In the end, we turned on white noise and tried to sleep. - Bed and pillow were uncomfortable.

Staff were very helpful, room was very clean, liked having a sento available on site.

Room was a little small, but no different than other Japanese hotels.

    8NorikoPosted on: 1-11-2023

Very good selection of tea. Their breakfast was quite good and great coffee!

The room can be a bit smaller than I had thought for a double.

Staffs were good at English. They could recommend good yakiniku place and some stuffs quite well.

There are no free parking. We have to pay 700 Yen for private parking opposite the hotel.

    7AsakaPosted on: 1-5-2023

The friendliness of the staff, especially the two people in the kitchen made our kids feel very special. The surprise dinner service of beef Japanese curry was a nice touch. We also liked the huge wall shelving storage in the room that gave plenty room to spread around stuff for our family.

The poor first impression of the hotel from the quite dusty front desk/lobby area (dark interior decor) made us worry about the cleanliness of our rooms, but guest rooms were much cleaner than the first impression.

Checking-in was a breeze, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

    1. Limited parking2. The rooms were too small3. The vending machines were out of drinks
