- lack of breakfast, or event hot water etc. not available, staff not quite friendly, the check out inside the room stated 10 am , but had to walk to the main office to confirm , which was 11 am..they should keep the time mentioned same in room as well...
- WiFi service very spotty...not available inside either of the two rooms we were in. Expected either a bedside fridge or available ice without having to go to restaurant. Also, kind of expected a microwave, but clearly it was not listed in the online site
- Could not get a decent water temperature. It was either scalding or cold. Went to their restaurant for breakfast and it was overly expensive and one was impressed with their meal.
