Polite and friendly staff. The room was very spacious with 2 queen beds and mini kitchen counter area. We were there on a Friday and Saturday, and the rooms and halls were really quiet. It was clean and very comfortable. There was an optional morning breakfast included where you helped yourself to scrambled eggs, cereal, hash browns, juices, bacon or sausages, muffins or toast, and of course tea or coffee, and fruit. It was good, quick and easy.

I have stayed at this location several times and I always find the spacious rooms comfortable and well appointed. The location just away from the main business area is a bonus as it is quieter.

I do not like the breakfast. Its either cold, dried up or blah in taste. I did not see any staff while I was eating there. Nova Inn in Wabasca (your competion) offers about 3 breakfast options to order that is freashly made and hot. ITs great. No wasted food when I eat there.

I didn't realize there wasn't breakfast. We arrived at 11 pm after a long drive. We had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk after calling. There was no bedding for the pull out couch in the room, even though my booking was for myself and my 2 teens. I wasn't able to get bedding that first night due to no one manning the front desk after 10 pm.

It was okay. Bacon and scrambled eggs were good. Nothing fantastic though.

Fresh fruit would have been nice. Pancake machine wasn't working

I had a king suite. The room was large with a nice extra room as an office. The bed was really comfortable. Everything was clean and worked well. Staff were all very friendly and helpfull

The tv was a bit fuzzy but not awful. breakfast was pretty standard. Not a lot else to complain about really.

The beds And also love that you guys had the little bar with food right build into the building

The beds were comfortable and the AC unit was clean. Seemed to be stocked fairly well never utilized any of the kitchenware.

Room was dirty, popcorn and other food objects under the bed scrap paper from previous guests laying about, old Keurig cup inside machine and the most concerning I suppose,would be the blood or ketchup on the inside of the bathroom door.

Everything, so glad there were dishes & cooking utensils. Bed was very comfortable, good temperature

Sadly found a candy pack behind the night stand, & chocolate wrappers on the box spring while we were making our bed. Didn't mind picking it up, but lots of dust/crumbs on the box spring ?

Check in was great. I was able to get in early. Very accommodating

There was a power outage from 4am to 8am, the stairwell, exit signs, emergency lighting was not on. I was advised they were on. I was in the 2nd floor. I had to have a customer come help me get out as there was zero emergency lighting. I was advised the lighting drained out. This lighting should be running for a 12hrs span for emergencies. This hotel is not under the fire code safe for attendees when the emergency lighting isn’t working nor emergency lighting “draining” this fast. There was no notice to the attendees of what was going on. If there was someone checking things, a notice should have gone under all doors explaining what had happened and apologized for the large inconvenience
