There was a loud generator sounding off every hour or so throughout the day and night. The breakfast was good but the cook was not prepared for the amount of people staying there.

The security and privacy and the breakfast was a delight and it was clean and spacious and the receptionist was so kind and helpful as soon as I got there so thanks to Ramada byWyndham I was happy with my time I had there thanks again

Unfortunately I was pleased with my stay there can't wait to check out the pool next time I stay there

I will be booking a stay in future . Love this place and the hospitality

First nights stay was uncomfortable the mattress was worn out and slanted to one side. And the room was to small and crowded for my family so i requested another room.

I like that it was very clean and comfortable, close to Sobeys, and some fast food restaurants.

There was pretty much nothing I didn't like.

Hot breakfast was included; quality was good, but typical of this type of breakfast. The hotel is located very close to grocery and drug store.

My only complaint was the pillows were lumpy (maybe bring your own pillow).

Breakfast although bacon came out when we were leaving????

Chair in suite disgusting. Door to bathroom did not close. Couldn't give us a room.key when we checked in.

The pool was a good temperature for me and my grandchildren.

The sliding bathroom door was difficult to open and close and would fall off the tracks. I would much prefer a regular door for the bathroom.

How nice the staff and rooms were. Breakfast was warm and tasty with a good selection of things to eat.

The hotel is nice and the service friendly

We paid for a king suite with the jetted tub, used the tub on the second night and the tub filled with lots of mildew flakes as soon as the jets were turned on. Spoke with staff the next day and they said that all they could do was offer a $20 discount on a stay that was still over $500 after the discoun

the beds were very comfortable

I would suggest the front desk person acknowledge the person in front of them instead of the call coming in...and no towels in the pool area didn't like that there was no microwave in the room weird

Room was very clean and comfortable. Cozy beds with lots of pillows. Has everything you would need. Modern hotel. Nice decor. Very helpful, friendly staff.

Would be nice to have exterior plugs to plug in block heater for vehicles.

There was a Christmas party going on downstairs right below our room, and the music was LOUD. Until around 1am. I called the front desk to ask to move rooms, as my daughter was in a performance the next day and needed rest. He told me I couldn’t switch rooms because there was nothing available. When I asked if we could get a later check out, so we could rest because we wouldn’t be resting that night, he said the best he could do was 11:45, 45 minutes later. He was not kind to my concerns at all.If I would have known there was a party directly below my room, we would have never booked here, the floor of my room was literally shaking from the noise.

I arrived early and they did everything to accommodate me.

I'm in town every year for work sometimes multiple times and this is the best hotel in the area (including Bonnyville). Nice quiet location at the back of town. Modern interior, clean and comfortable. Really pleased they didn't charge me the extra night when I had to leave early too.

Having to turn on the AC on a hot day after working all day in the heat. No microwave in the room I had.
