One Pavilion Luxury Serviced Apartments

I have stayed here many times over the years. It is an excellent location but this room was in rough shape.

There were 2 sofas in room, one was missing all of it's cushions. Floor laminations were peeling, don't walk barefoot. The toilet had a leak at base. I informed front desk, before leaving to work in morning. But they did nothing to fix it.

Specious rooms and many shops around

Washing machine didn't work properly and maintenance team wasn't helping

The place is bigger than expected. Ideal for a big group. Rooms are nice and clean. Bathrooms are ok except the washroom in the common area. Staff are helpful and friendly. The property is somewhat dated but well-maintained. Early check-in request was granted easily.

The washroom in the common area smells like a septic tank. The utensil in the kitchen is not enough for a family stay. We had to request for additional spoons and fork. The drapes/curtains cannot be fully closed in the living area. Worst is the construction noise right next to the building.

My 1st room, the bathroom shower walls were very unclean and had not been clean with bleach & disinfect. My 2nd room was only half as bad. The walls in each room shower needs to be scrubbed each time a guest checks out.

It was not kept, less towels , untidy and poor hygiene standards. There were flies all over the apartment .. curtains n walls dirty. Bathrooms hot water supply took about 15-20 to get out.

All was good. Good location. Friendly staff. Value of money. Need and clean swimming pool.

Need some items to ne upgraded. Like laundary, kitchen equipments.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was kind and accommodating.

Housekeeping needs to focus a little more on the cleansiness of the shower walls and towels. Other than that, all was well.

Shower walls needed cleaning but upon request, they arrived and cleaned it. Room could use a paint touch up but the overall was Good.

more helpful items in the rooms like more comfortable beds. Working blow dryer. Slippers. Hygienic supplies like toothbrush and toothpaste.

The apartment had three bathrooms, two of which the toilets were not working n one of the bathroom doors was broken, so couldn't be closed. We did complain, and they did send someone over to fix it, but it went back to being broken again.

Very spacious property. Worth of the money we paid. Good location. All the amenities are available.

Bedsheets, utensils, furniture all are worn off.. They need to upgrade to all new.

No breakfast - it was self-catering

The interior was dated and shabby. There were obvious signs of plaster degradation on the walls and the bathroom functions did not work properly. There were also no sink plugs provided. The dishwasher did not work.

The pool was clean and well maintained and equipped with all the necessities you needed in the kitchen. Excellent location close to all the basics.

The smell of cigarette smoke in the lobby adjacent to our room.I suggest putting an automatic scent sprayer at least.

AC didn’t work properly. TV didn’t work. Shower in upstairs bathroom didn’t work. Asked for maintenance to come but took too long or didn’t even come to fix.
