The food quality , I ordered a burger medium well and it was bloody burger

facilities are amazing, bed super comfy. staff was amazing, specially Anand at the reception.

The receptionist made several serious mistakes during our check-in. We arrived late at night with my toddler asleep in a stroller, which made the situation especially difficult. First, we were assigned a smoking room, despite this being inappropriate for a family with a child, and had to return downstairs to request a change. Second, we were given a room key that did not work. Third, once the key finally worked, the room turned out to be already occupied by another family. Upon entering, their baby began crying, which was both embarrassing and distressing. We had to return to reception once again. Despite the significant inconvenience and emotional distress caused, the only compensation offered was a complimentary breakfast.

The room was too small for two beds The two beds were too much near each other, can't move between the beds. The chairs and table near the bed that was near the window were too close to the bed from one side and to the window from the other side. This table & chairs can't be used comfortably.

I had a very quiet room exactly like i requested, very clean and the view was great.

The pool area was great and very clean, however there was no staff in attendance so i had to look for one

some of staff during check-in and check-out. Mrs. Raisa at check-out was good and understood the system. Piyush at checkin was nice and helpful - but what was promised was not in the system upon check-out, so hotel tried to overcharge me - significantly. Mrs. Isra at check-out. Extremely bad attitude and did not understand system. She is my main reason for never coming back to Movenpick again. A pity as i am travelling through Bahrain airport very frequently and would have been good to have Movenpick as my preferred hotel in Bahrain - this will definitely not happen.

Near the airport away from traffic and busy areas. Had a rental car and moved around easily although traffic was very congested. The room is nice because it had a terrace, if it hadn't, I wouldn't have liked it so much. The breakfast buffet was great. Nice pool area. Budoor and Anand were very helpful and welcoming.

The staff were all friendly from the concierge, reception, staff at Silk, pool and bar, gym. I so enjoy the food and the presentation.

The service at this hotel was excellent! The staff were very kind, helpful, and attentive. Everyone — from the reception to the valet and the restaurant team — was friendly and quick to fulfill my requests.

Mr. Piyush at the reception was very kind and helpful. The hotel is clean, and the pool area is great. The healthy breakfast options and the surrounding area are also very nice.

The hotel should add more staff to help carry luggage, as the current staff often seem busy assisting other guests.There was a wedding at the hotel during my stay, and all parking spaces were occupied. I had to park my car outside, which was inconvenient and not acceptable for hotel guests.

It was close to the airport and very clean.

The spa staff was very precious.

Very Nice Hotel, Lobby, Restaurant, Pool and surrounding Area, 5 mins drive from the Airport - Perfect for a morning Flight. Evening Brunch was too tempting, excellent Food and Beverages - not so good for a morning Flight? Great Staff, Very welcoming and helpful.

Nothing not to like about the Property - location is great for the Airport - a little bit out of the way for Bahrain City Centre if that’s what you are in Bahrain for.

Hotel as place is nice

The staff was very bad and need a lot of training in how to deal with guest as 5 starts hotel. Most of the staff are not professional starting from lifeguard where he was the worst and then the lady who was serving drink and food in the pool. Parking is outside in open area where it is difficult in summer time plus no help with luggage when leaving the hotel. In term of service this hotel is 2 starts hotel only.

Quite , clean and very nice reception

Piyash tge manager at reception was so helpful, professional, and polite. He was a joy to speak to. I loved the pool.

There was a small problem with the bath. I couldn’t empty the water out. Also, the bidet water was difficult to use.

It was a wonderful place to stay and enjoy moments of relaxation.

Some staff members from room service are slow to respond to requests after we call them. Additionally, the Nespresso machine in our room was not functioning properly.I noticed some black mold in the bathroom sink near the top edges, which is only visible when you’re setting up to use the bathroom. Toothbrushes and toothpaste are not readily available in the room; you have to call and request them. Unfortunately, it took more than 5 minutes for them to bring it to us, which was quite frustrating.Furthermore, the parking valet is slow to bring the car. Each time we were ready to leave, there was no one available to assist us in retrieving our vehicle. Overall, their valet service could use some improvement.
