There was a smell like mustard and the air conditioner was not working as well as the fridge. I took 2 hours to convince them to change the room.

Friendly staff. Comfortable stay.

The breakfast varieties wasn't that good.

Location, cleanliness, room size and the kindness of the staff especially the room keeper staff

Only the bathroom shower was perfect

No employee to help with the bags I was struggling with my bag and the reception is only looking!!! Corridor between the rooms was too humid, room service will knock on the door by 9 am to clean !!! For Check out by 12 sharp I was getting calls and they send someone to knock the door !!! Always there is a late check out but they refused even one hour, Even when I left no one bather to help with the bags!!!! I will never try it again

I didn't hear anything from neighbors or found unexpected things. It was very quiet.

The club entrance was too close to the elevator

The smell of the room was not good.The room is overpriced!The A/C couldn't cool the room below 25 °C, so it wasn't cold enough for me, but I didn't have time to ask for a change of room or to adjust the A/C.

i booked a room and when i arrived all the non smoking rooms are booked and i told the reception staff that i have an allergy and i cant stand the smell. he told me its not his problem and if i want a non smoking room i need to pay more for the bigger room. the clearing is bad everything is dirty and the bed is not comfortable.

Property was clean and decent. They had room service and everything was readily available.

It was great there were some features that made me amazed and the stay was overall good.

The basement parking was bad because the space is small and very hard to maneuver to the exit through all the cars.

My wedding venue moved to another location so I was spending £20 each way for travel to see family I asked the hotel manager on Monday night if I could get a refund so I could book into another hotel booking.com was very helpful they said it was up to the manager I paid £650 for this hotel and the manager was rude abrupt and not willing to listen to us at all very adamant that we would get no refund so me n my sister had to pay additional £800 to another hotel closer to asdal the hotel is very dated needs refurbishing very old looking and we were told that he would not be giving the room out but how do I know that he has kept my £600 and also lent the room out after I left the hotel Tuesday morning my first visit to Bahrain formula 1 season and this hotel was not accommodating at all extremely disappointed will not recommend this hotel to anyone I hope someone can compensate me for my troubles nearly ruined the wedding trip I came for

Hotel is acceptable in all aspects, location, staff, wifi and rate

Never staying again due to rude receptionist just because i asked for smoking room and my sister was next to me checking in and they gave her smoking room :) had to switch without informing them this is very stupid

Hotel is good however, rooms are not well maintained, side light was broken, walls need to be repaint, TV was extremely old (useless).

They don’t have a wide selection in the breakfast buffet for Muslims. Also the staff were very rude and not helpful at all.

The water is too slow and weak specially we are in cold weather and we need hot shower

Nothing, just the location close to the malls

Everything, and I reached my limits when I took a shower and I was looking for towels, but couldn't find any!! We were wet at the room, cold, without towels, the operator are not answering for 10 min, and another 10 min to bring the towels.. I'm writing this message and I feel sick, I caught cold because of that. I left the property immediately & left a msg to the GM at the room with feedback and everything.

Good location.. nice staff.. clean and comfy bed.

No sound insulation, no table for eating, no microwave, very very bad quality breakfast buffet.
