The staff and the preparation of the room I needed to ask for most of things in my room those should be already available The reception staff took my identity card without give it back to me although she took a copy of my card.She was impolite

Nothing it’s so bad

The cleaning is so bad , the bathroom was smelling so bad , I asked the house keeping to clean but they were not cleaning good and refused to put spray in the bathroom. Also they were late to respond to any request The internet was verrrrrry bad

Booking was cancelled that price was wrongly kept in booking.com and no refund

Staff are amazing going above & beyond in customer service especially Mr.Fayez. Facilities are better than it used to and location is great as well.

Nothing, although if they bring back the coffee maker ok the room it would be great.

We were denied accommodation. The first reason was that there were no places in the hotel, despite the fact that we had a reservation. After lengthy negotiations, it turned out that even if there were places, two women would not be accommodated in the hotel, as it is intended for men looking for a certain rest in the company of women for money. If you are a women, don’t book this hotel. The hotel did not warn us about this in advance, and did not cancel our reservation. As a result, at midnight we were left in a foreign country without a hotel, as all the hotels were booked due to Formula 1.The only thing that was good - the hotel manager found us a good hotel nearby, for the same price. Thanks to him

It was a failure on Booking.com despite my confirmed booking, the hotel did not plan or reserve my apartment as they claimed to communicate to booking to take them out of the website

Could not get in. they gave another property at different location.

For only 1 day I stayed in Harbour Suites Hotel I feel like I wanted to stay for more days, i love the view so relaxing, i love the services of cleanliness and the food was so delicious, the staff are so helpful and approachable. I'd love and prefer to come back soon.

The staff are very professional attending to customer needs. Delicious breakfast with a view. Ideal for families and weekend getaway. Highly recommended.

Worst stay ever

I booked two days in this hotel, but I only stayed one night and then moved to another hotel cause I didn't like my stay and here is why:1- Receptionist was not available when I arrived and I had to wait around 30 min.2- Receptionist immediately hold my passport in the reception and refused to give it back to me saying that this is the hotel policy. When i asked her why, she said this is an option B instead of paying 50 BD deposit. I asked her to let me pay the deposit instead of holding my passport ( my identity ). She should have explained the options to me without holding my passport without my permission. 3- AC was not working and there was no available technician to fix it and I was not offered to move to another room4- the property is doing a quarantine stay package and they kept one of the three elevators for quarantine visitors. This elevator was the only one available to take you to the upper floors. Which means you have to use the quarantine elevator even if you are not here under quarantine…. Health risk.5- staff was not professional at all.

I like sea viewer as well as air conditioning for the room.

Need wallpaper in the corridors and spot lights...Wall paints colour wasn't good.Parking area not safety for cars park.

The hotel is clean. Highly recommend for Family, quiet hotel. They don’t serve alcohol, no bars very advisable for Family travelling to Bahrain.

Nova view

Located next to the busy road which is noisy during night time and in the morning. Sound insulation between the rooms is poor. You will be able to hear what is going on in the room next to yours. Breakfast menu is very limited.

Excellent service. Food was delicious, served great breakfast and not expensive. The room was clean and the staff were really helpful. Would definitely recommend and certainly will stay here again
