The Diplomat Radisson Blu Hotel Residence and Spa

The entire hotel staff was very efficient, friendly, and helpful. The housekeeping was exceptional. The bar staff who worked the outside pool area are well trained and demonstrated an outstanding level of customer service to me and others.

I do not like that the hotel does not offer shuttle service to the guests other than to the NSA.

The living room was a good size and the overall decor/atmosphere were very pleasant. The beds were comfortable and made for a good night’s sleep. What really stood out though was the exceptional support from the staff. They were extremely flexible with check in and check out, allowing us to check in a bit early and check out about two hours late! They even provided an extra bed free of charge for my 6yo!Another plus was having two TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. I also appreciated the attention to detail with connectivity. There were USB ports everywhere, including USB C in some spots, and HDMI ports, all of them built into the wall near the TVs for easy access. I tested them and they worked perfectly, which is something many hotels get wrong and makes connecting a laptop or other device much easier.

No bathrobes, and would've liked the kids club to include at least a mini softplay area but it was fine for what it was I guess. A minor nitpick would be to have like a doormat or something to separate the entrance from the inside so that we keep our shoes in an organized way.

Ms. Marry the front desk is very respectful and professional and she was always smiling. Ms. Marry has upgraded our room to be an apartment and we really spent great time especially at the swimming pool and the hotel restaurant and spa. I really felt that the crew were welcoming and nice to us. We will definitely come back soon.

We stayed at the room with a lounge access. The room was clean, well-maintained. The hotel facilities are also great: modern gym, good SPA.

I was upset that hair conditioner bottle was empty when I was taking shower. The housekeeper should check it and refill

Additionally, I would like to share some feedback about my stay:I booked a two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen, but I was surprised to find that the kitchen was completely empty—not a single plate, spoon, or fork was available. Also, the cleaning service was not up to expectations. The apartment seemed barely cleaned; beds were made and the bathroom was wiped, but there was no proper tidying up of the space.Moreover, on Friday night around midnight, there was a very strong smell of cooked onions coming through the ventilation or hallway, and it was so intense that it disturbed our sleep.I hope you take this feedback into consideration to improve the guest experience in the future.

We love the cozy 1-bedroom apartment, and while the new modern design is sleek, we miss the old-school charm's bathtub.BUT, the real showstopper? The NEW YEAR'S EVE fireworks view! Adjacent to our room.Kudos to the A-team: Valet parking maestro Abdulla, and the Reception squad - Amr, Shine, Glydel, and the whole crew, including Isa and team. You guys made our short vacay unforgettable. Can't wait to be back!Thanks again.

Weddings can be noisy for upper floors

The property is well kept, clean, in excellent location and very comfortable.

All the toiletries were empty, the shampoo bottle the conditioner and the body wash, even the hand soap there was very little left in the bottle.Unfortunately, no one checked that when cleaning after the last guest. Considering I checked that very late at night I was very tired to call housekeeping but it was very disappointing considering that this is one of the well respected and trusted accommodation.

Everything was excellent specially we got a free upgrade from Amr while checking in.

The rooms were smelling, the housekeeping team didn’t care to spray the rooms.The drainage of shower wasn’t working well.The breakfast has been same in my last 3 visits, no variety though the staff was very courteous.Definitely not going to stay there next.

1) Great location. We had a nice view of the National Museum. 2) Excellent staff. 3) Large, clean room with good finishings.4) Nice breakfast. 5) Ample parking space.

Reception Philippine girl was bad I asked. Her for the upgrade she told me your room is already big enough we can not upgrade and moreover I paid for this big room the money so she should not count this as a benefit since I did pay the money I did not come for free

There's no Shampoo in the bathroom, no toothbrush and toothpaste. Only 2 waters are available in the entire apartment!

The location and the view

First of all, they didn't give us the rooms until 4:10 and the check-in is supposed to be at 3 There was no Dental kit in the bathroom We asked for an extra bed and it cost 12 BD and When they brought it the cover wasn't as the one used in the room's mattress.

The lounge and gym are awesome !

The AC in the gym sometimes is not strong enough
