I love just how clean the facility was. Great view from room as well!

The where no Glasses in my room for drinking. The seats at the balcony of the room were abit dusty and weren't clean.

Location and reception

The TV remote lacks a 'Back' button, making Netflix and Prime Video extremely difficult to use. To change a setting or a movie, you have to restart the TV entirely. I reported this to maintenance, but the staff was dismissive and tried to convince me it wasn't a problem. This lack of professionalism and the outdated tech setup made my stay quite frustrating. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you value in-room entertainment.

Nothing , the worst hotel ever

The room was not clean upon arrival, the pillows were visibly dirty, and several requests were not fulfilled despite follow-ups. In addition, some staff members had an unprofessional attitude. Due to these issues, we were forced to check out early although we had booked four nights.

The area is crowded and the building is noisy at night as there are 2 clubs in the building, you can hear the noise and vibration of the music inside your room

My check in was super late and they claimed it is my fault cuz I didn’t except to take the ready room which was lower then what I booked

Spacious easy check in and check out good price location is good

cleanliness old building gym/ sauna , health facilities were closed dark and sad hallways and lobby especially during the day

The room was okay. The bed was comfy. The price was okay.

The outdoor pool. Is not really outdoors. It is not a sun bathing pool. It has photos that are cleverly taken to make it look bigger and better. Some one banging on my door after I had gone to sleep. Spy hole in door not working so I could not see who it was. Person not answering when I shouted who is it. I called Reception. Reception saying it was security for a food delivery I had not ordered. It happened again 10 minutes later. Everything I needed I had to call to Reception more than once. Eg water, sorting lights out etc

Location was amazing. Hotel was up to the mark as described in the website.

Lounge culture. Too much noisy. Not suitable for families.

washrooms looked extremely dilapidated. extra toiletries and extra water were being charged unlike other hotels. breakfast options extremely limited.

Nothing and don't have enough room to write all the negatives, so am doing so here.The hotel offers two star services at best:1. The wifi doesn't work in the bedroom.2. The chairs on the balcony are broken and the cushions are filthy.3. The swimming pool is freezing and is littered with dead flies. Also, the photos make it look like an indoor pool. It's outdoor and you have to walk through reception to get there.4. The jacuzzi is cold.5. You have to ask for someone to turn on the sauna, and then wait 45 minutes for it to warm up.6. You have to ask for your room to be made up.7. Management are disrespectful and clearly incapable of running a "four star property".8. Poor location.9. Obvious sex work happening on the property, so not ideal for couples, single women or families.

During my stay, I was on my period. Fun. The first morning there were small spots of blood on the sheets. The room was not made up by 2p.m., so I asked reception to kindly make up my room and replenish the toiletries.They did so, but obviously reacted like I asked for a kidney as upon check-out the male receptionist trembling said "house-keeping said there's a problem with the bedding". He then produced a photograph and zoomed in on two small blood stains. "What is this?" he asked like a complete handicap.I looked him dead in the eye and said "I got my period". He was clearly very uncomfortable, but my sympathy had already checked out, as he had decided to say this to me in front of the male concierge and two male guests. He then proceeded to tell me he had to charge me for the sheets as they could never be used again.I have stayed and worked in hotels from 1-5 stars, and can assure you, this never happens. I then did something, I have never done before - be a Karen. "Listen sweetheart, I know this isn't your decision and you're clearly very uncomfortable so I'm going to need to speak to management".The "manager" told me that I had to be charged because of the "safety issue with the blood". OK, so implying I can give someone AIDS from small bloodstains. Cool, we're off to a great start. He then told me that it was my "personal issue" and handed me his card so I could have a discount next time. I told him he was out of his mind.He kept embarrassing me in front of male staff and guests. I left the hotel in tears. Granted, I'm sure 70% of that was my hormones, but still, it's not nice to put a guest in that situation.Overall, I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone other than single men seeking sex tourism. I am sure you will have a lovely time at the "spa" or meet the love of your life at the bar.

Staff is very friendly and helpful

Towels and beds can be cleaner, but it's okay

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, though the cleanliness could have been improved. Some items appeared worn and could benefit from replacement, but this did not affect the overall quality of the stay.

Breakfast was quite disappointing. Although available from 06:30 to 10:30, regardless of the time we arrived, around 60% of the food trays were consistently empty. The only reliably available options were boiled eggs, hash browns, and muffins. While the taste was acceptable, it certainly did not meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel breakfast. Additionally, some guests complained about noise from the nightclub. Staying on the 8th floor, we weren’t affected, but it’s easy to imagine that lower floors might experience disturbances.

The shower and warm water was also at a good pressure and hot.

The rooms are not clean, the bathroom ? was dirty .
