I asked for non smoking and after fighting they gave me the room

Need update. Some windows need repair sound proof sealant, because you can hear the sound of ambulance in some rooms.Room rate a little bit high ?

Mostly everything. The place is family-friendly, clean, and has a great location

The lighting in the room and bathroom felt quite dim most of the time, especially at night. The only way it felt comfortable was by opening the windows during the daytime. I believe improving or adding more lighting would greatly enhance the stay

The smell of the apartment was cigarette.. and it won’t go away although they clean by machine.. it didn’t mentioned that this is smokers area

We booked 2 bedroom apartment which was very spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly and cooperative. They also accommodated an extra bed that we had requested. I would definitely come here again❤️

الفندق لا يستحق 5 نجوم ليه حسب الآتThe hotel does not deserve a 5-star rating for the following reasons:1.There is no valet parking service.2.Basic necessities, such as toothbrushes and slippers, are not provided unless specifically requested.3.There was no can opener available, and the staff attempted to open a can by stabbing it.4.There is no flexibility with guests. They placed a paper under the door signed by the hotel’s General Manager, stating that checkout is at 12:00 PM. When I called and requested to check out at 1:00 PM, they refused.This is absolutely unacceptable for a 5-star hotel, and I confirm that I will not visit again.After informing the manager — who was of Arab nationality — about these issues, he stated that this is the hotel’s policy.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The team were all very friendly and went out of their way to make the stay pleasant. Highly recommended.

The location was very good you can reach the avenues mall in no time also there was supermarket and restaurants near by. The duplex two bedroom apartment that we took was great nicely designed.

Staff , pool , gym

I asked and paid for non-smoking room and when I reached there they gave me smoking room and I have kids which who are allergic to smoking. I rejected the tool but they refused to change it stating the reason that the non smoking was not available. Very disappointing

The housekeeping response to request !!I asked for my complimentary entitlement for the day and had to wait for 20mins and called the operator twice.

Everything about the building and the place was very nice and i feel sorry FOR REAL that i had this bad experience during my stay! Very disappointed and very annoyed!

The misleading information about my booking from the reception employee and also the manager before the check-in, and been scammed by that also giving lies and promises just to let me check-in because i have mentioned that i will go back to my old hotel that i used to stay at when i visit bahrain.

Nice for family rooms are clean

They could take care more of the corridor and the way takes you to the room fells old and not that clean

The hotel is clean and the staff are super helpful. The breakfast was good and tasty.
