I’m personable front end staff, staff in general not understanding basic English.

Too many corporate events that took away facilities plus ongoing remodelations. Staff should have been more friendly

Location, easy beach access and beach set up and fascilities.

Water park area is not temperature controlled and beach line has a lot of seashells (not ideal for walking).

Not super clean, food was just ok and there was construction going on and the water bouncing activity was not in use

They should stop taking reservations for families of four in their small rooms. How on earth a family of four would sleep on one “king bed”. So, to me that was a scam. Electricity plugs were not working properly and need maintenance. Breakfast was below average and not worth the money. Room service staff were good but the receptionists not the best and need more training.

Swimming pool and the gym really good and enjoyed my time during the stay. The location is amazing and nearby many landmarks.

Smooth Arrival: The valet parking service was very efficient, and the reception staff were professional, informative, and straight to the point. It made for a very easy check-in process.Excellent Dining Variety: Having four restaurants on-site is a fantastic advantage. The range of choices is a great addition to the hotel.Tasty Food: We dined at WU Restaurant, and to be fair, the food was delicious with a great selection of tasty options on the menu.Great for Kids: The Flippy Kids Club has a wonderful schedule packed with activities, which is a huge plus for families

Uncomfortable Hallways: The air conditioning in the hallways was set far too cold, making it uncomfortable to walk through.Lack of Information at the Pool: It wasn't clear where the changing rooms were or what the towel return policy was. Better signage would be a great help.Service Inconsistencies: While the food at WU Restaurant was great, the customer service needed more care and attention.Kids Club Welcome: The staff at the Flippy Kids Club could have been more welcoming to make the children feel more at ease.

All the facilities are amazing The kids swimming pool was the star of the hotel

There are some points need to be improve - Sound insulation for rooms- some room got carpet floor and some hardwood

Rooms, especially the smell. Smelled like fried fish and odor was bad. Second night this was supposed to be better but same. Humidity in the room. I expressed my dissatisfaction when I checked out but staff did not seem to care

Location was georgeus, the breakfast was more than I expected

The bathroom had no ventilation, so the towels were a little bed smell

I wanna thank Mr. Majd for everything he had done for us and for his fast check in & check out and for giving us all information needed he was very helpful.. Thank you Majd and thank you for the upgrade. YOU ARE PROFESSIONAL thank you also for the birthday preparations and the cake.I really liked the way we treated since the beginning, the valet Bahraini man was really helpful and smily.Thank you all and thanks for the management including Mr. Hadi ♥️

This is our second time in the Art hotel, quick check in & and out thanks to Ruth for that, Hotel has the best facilities for kids and you can get connected rooms, rooms are clean and spacious, sea view is spectacular, the service is perfect & the employees are amazing, the beach is clean.Breakfast is perfect.

Room service was really bad when ask for something i have to wait one hour to get what i need. Also the room missed many of the main things that was make me not feeling comfortable and all the time i need to call room service

1.Valet Service (Day 1): On the first day, the valet left my car unlocked with the key inside for over 15 minutes without any supervision or security presence. This is a serious safety concern.2.Valet Service (Day 2): The next day, one of the tires was damaged while the car was under the valet’s responsibility. We were neither properly informed nor offered any apology regarding the incident.3.Room Condition: The furniture in the room was outdated and showed visible signs of damage, which had not been repaired or addressed prior to our stay.4.Pool Cleanliness: The swimming pools were not adequately clean, which affected our overall experience.
