Wonderful experience. Extremely spacious, high ceilings (~12 feet) and very nice furniture. Large screen TV in the LR and a smaller TV in the BR. Bed and pillows were the most comfortable I've ever experienced in a hotel. Great service! Great restaurant!

Absolutely not. I plan to stay again next month for 3 nights. I left my iPhone in the taxi at the airport. The taxi driver took it back to the hotel and they called my contact number in the U.S. to coordinate getting it back to me. WOW! Great people!

Facilities & the way of Jenifer the Head of Hotel who solved the problems very wisely, smart, & professional ways.

The isolation of the room, the noise of cars voices can heard which can annoy your children comfort.

I had a fantastic stay here. The hotel is spotless and the location is absolutely perfect for getting around, but what really made the trip was the staff. I arrived early in the morning, feeling pretty exhausted, and Nishi went above and beyond to help me out. She managed to get an apartment cleaned and ready for me ahead of schedule so I could settle in. It’s rare to find that level of genuine care. Everyone is so nice. I can’t recommend them enough!

Less towels in the room.

The property was clean, comfortable, and well located. The room was spacious and quiet, and the staff were polite and helpful.

There were no major issues. Everything was generally fine, but a bit more attention to room amenities would improve the experience.

It was a great location! Close to all the great places in Manama. The suite was very clean and comfortable.

The pool has a very strong chlorine smell, which sometimes makes the nearby restaurant smell like chlorine.

It has bad and dust smell & very bad restaurant small and it locate in very close floor no fresh air same as the swimming pool also not has good food choices , I think it is not a 5 stars hotel it may be 4 or 3.

It was a luxurious and very comfortable stay.A huge thanks to Renijth he was incredibly helpful and amazing.Shoutout to the swimming pool lifeguard as well he was great.

Excellent location and a very family-friendly hotel. The swimming pool is great for kids, and the lifeguard, Nazmol, is very supportive and responsible. His professionalism makes parents feel safe and comfortable while their children are swimming.

The breakfast menu is limited with little variety. It would also be nice if the hotel provided a robe in the room.

The apartment was very clean, spacious, and well maintained. The facilities were excellent, and the overall environment was comfortable and suitable for a family stay. Staff were professional, helpful, and responsive.

The coffee capsules and water are only served once during my stay. Usually the hotels refill it daily or upon request.

The room is excellent, very spacious, especially with the upgrade we got. The place was super clean, and the staff are friendly. The location is almost a 10-minute drive to everywhere in Manama. We enjoyed the facility and definitely will revisit it.

Location is key, but the facility also offers beautiful city views from the high-floor rooms. Moreover, the parking was good and convenient.

It did not feel like 5 starts, valet and lugaage staff are few in number and slow in service. I checked in late in night, the receptionist was not welcoming.

My second time and it's my favorite hotel in Bahrain.I highly recommended this hotel for families. Kitchen includes refrigerator, fridge, washing machine.

I wish if the price was lower.

The location , staff is good

It was terrible experience for 2 nights I did not sleep because of the noise . The suite was very cold , no heating in the AC system and the blankets are not heavy , no noise isolation between suites so it was very noise like if neighbours are in my suite , kitchen tools were dirty ( greasy). No supplies with the kitchen facilities ( no sponges , no dishwasher or washer soap .
