Old furniture, bad bed, loud noises music from other rooms, not clean bed shits, staff not co operative

The apartments rooms are very spacious.

The hotel service isn’t very proactive. Stayed for 3 nights with no cleaning staff or service. Not even a single bootle of drinking water in the room which I presumed to be standard in a hotel.

The bed was comfy, the hot water was great, the a/c was fantastic and had really good sleep

The furniture was in the hall and the kitchen were not up to mark. There were old stains on the couch that didn’t feel comfortable sitting on.

Location and price

The reception Nabeel was always helpful as this is not my first time to stay in Majestic. Perhaps receptionist Emma was rude I book an extension on booking.com so she texted me via whatsapp did I make an extension and telling me when I will pay? Sending me the price as well .as I mention I stay her several times and also I stayed in five star residence and hotel in other destination they don't behave like this to me asking for payment of course we will pay where we will run?so I decided to check out.

Cleaner and quieter. Also, the rooms/kitchen, faucets, etc were in bad condition.

Furniture is absolutely not comfortable and all appliances old not clean

Clean rooms. Comfy bed & pillows. Good location.

Check in at the reception was extremely slow & we had to wait for more than 10 minutes. After we checked in there was no power in our room & we waited for the housekeeping to attend the issue which took another 5-10 minutes.

First of all I like the place and car parking, its so easy to park in front of the hotel, and the second thing good is the beautiful swimming pool, its good and giving a happy to my kidsWe enjoyed too much

I can say that its only the sound of the party in party hall was little bit high, and also the smoking room they gave me in first night was not good at all because my reservation was non smoking rooms, but thanks that they change the room in next day, thanks a lot for the care you gave.

it was In Juffair, nice pool, nice staff.

There are transvestite prostitutes living on the property who’s Saudi lovers visit and engage in immoral acts in the pool. other prostitutes coming to checkin at hourly rates. Not a good place for families. Loud music at the pool all hours.

Noticed in the Room have bug buds, Not willing to cleaning room daily. Very bad Wifi Need to take care all of these comments.

Only the location was ok, as it is in Juffair, where lot of shops and cafes are located.

It has nothing to do with a family hotel- filthy, loud music nearby, outdated furniture and bed linen, cockroaches. This place needs a good renovation. Our room was given to someone else. The guy at the reception was trying to assure, thet we had one-bedroom apartment booked, which was not the case. Gave us two songle rooms, whick looked awful. Luckily we could switch to a building nearby, as theybhave the same owner.
