The staff was very friendly.

Some things I did not like about my stay are below: -There's no central heating only A/C in the hotel -It took nearly 2 hours for the front desk to bring me a heater for my room -The water in the shower constantly changes from scolding hot to frigid

No room service! sheets and towels are not changed during my stay

I requested for a room in the non-smoking floor , the room was good . Busy as it was connecting room . Unable to sleep due to noise from the adjustment room

For family they allocated smoking floor, not comfortable. Cleaning need to improve. There is no washroom near swimming pool

Room was excellent Shower had good water pressure and hot Bed was comfotable

The stuff was friendly and nice, reception was always available in person or by phone from the room. Breakfast was decent but it's a la carte, no buffet. Nice pool area. Housekeeping came everyday, so water coffee and tea were renewed everyday. I liked that there was a usb port on the table under the TV cause I didn't have an adaptor.

I selected smoking room and in the room there were no possibility to fully open the window, it opens only by 2-4 cm, so the room smelled like smoke all the time even if I wasn't smoking inside. So if you smoke I suggest you to book non smoking room and just smoke by the pool. There is a club inside the building and I read the reviews about it but I didn't expect it to be so loud. It is very loud but closes relatively early 2 am.The area itself was not the most pleasant but anyway everyone takes a taxi.

Never coming back

If there was a Zero star I would give it with no hesitation. First, it is not clean, I found out an eyelash on the carpet which means that they did not clean the room properly. Second, it is very noisy due to the amount of nightclubs in the hotel, don’t ever think that you can sleep before 3:00 am. Moreover, traffic is so heavy and jammed while area is crowded with a lot of drunk drivers there. Lastly, I ordered from restaurant and they refused to deliver the food to my room!!!! And they asked me to get down to receive it! In conclusion, it is my first and last time to stay in this cheap hotel.

Everything was clear and organized. Maryam at front desk was very nice and professional. She made my stay very pleasant. Big thanks for the housekeeping team very well done.

Great location with excellent facilities throughout the hotel.

The hotel is really noisy until the early hours as the hotel seems to have a number of nightclubs and bars it seems. Best stay on the highest floor to avoid being disturbed. The bed was comfy but the pillows were rock solid.

I loved everything about this hotel, from room types, customer service, and facilities to the serene pool area and gym facility. I will recommend others for sure!

Breakfast was not bad

Walls were not properly isolated and there is a night club inside the hotel, we literally could not sleep, also, because of the night club the quality of people at night becomes not very family friendly, especially if you have children staying with you

Inside the room was clean but not much else was good this time

No receptionist during check-in, there was a guy there but not sure what his role was as he did not know how to check me in and then acted as if he was doing me a favour for even talking to me. Eventually the receptionist turned up to check me in and there was not even an apology for the time wasted. There were people working all night, hitting or nailing things making it difficult to sleep. I booked a room with breakfast, in the morning I called the reception to ask where to go for breakfast and he said 4th floor, I went to 4th floor and everything was outside the hallway and there was nobody in the restaurant. I went downstairs to ask him and he acted as if he did not know there was renovation taking place in the restaurant and said they will bring food to my room. I waited for about 45 minutes and no food came, I called several times and still no food came. Food finally came around an hour later when I was checking out and I told him to make it take away. Waited for about 10 minutes and nothing came so I went downstairs to check out. I told the receptionist about this and he never made any attempt to address the situation, almost as if they wanted me to leave the food which I did. If the hotel is being renovated, you should stop taking in guests and if you have to, you should put a warning to let people know what to expect so they can decide if they want to come. Very upset and disappointed.

Very bad

Bad location, bad rooms, noisy, disturbing, sounds from surroundings

Breakfast was great. Bed was comfortable. Pub was great, staff were super nice and the vibes were good. Room service menu was good, had a nice variety as well. Location was decent and very active night life.

Breakfast time: we did get scolded a couple of times about having the food delivered to the room, It was definitely optional but I guess some staff would rather have us go and plate our own breakfast at the designated area.Bathroom: Small and kind of rusty, was not 100% clean to our standards. Shower was pretty small but acceptable if you shower alone. Location of shower was a bit inconvenient as the water would reach outside the door if bathroom door is left open.Key randomly stops working, inconvenient because you have to go to reception to fix that issue if no one's in the room.TV was small and not really at the right place compared to the bed.Sofa chair was comfortable but randomly dissembled itself within a day.

Room size

I thought I booked a hotel room. But didn't realize my bed was on the dance floor of the night club. Very loud vibrating music till 3 am. When asked reception what's going on. They said we are known for this all our guests get tortured like this daily. It is normal you should have known this.

Room was good, bed was comfortable. It was spacious, with good lighting. Room service & House keeping was prompt. Food was nice. Ordered Vegetable Biryani. It was really good.

AC thermostat did not work properly & showed only 19 deg C temp. It was quite cold so had to turn it off. My room had nothing when i checked in, no bathroom slippers, no floor mat, no laundry bag, no water, so had to call several times to ask for it. But the service was prompt and got the things i asked for. Indian food is available but is not in the menu. I suggest you should keep one page for Indian menu too.
