The break fast was excellent. Clean room.

Air conditioning not work so it was very hot we couldn’t sleep during the night. The Light sensor doesn’t work properly. Therefore it was on off automatically so we couldn’t sleep.

The location

The room that we got had an issue with the A/C which made the room hot and there was a smell due to the high humidity in the room. They kept us in the room for 30 min before changing it to us. The TV was really old, small, and had a very slow respond

Roomy Apartment but with little character.

On check in we where given an extremely run down apartment, we refused and where offered one of the refurbished apartments, the refurbished apartments are on the smoking floors but we took it anyway and to be honest didn't notice the smoke. Restaurant staff was untrained but it was the first day of opening. Prices at the bar where extortionate. Go down the road for a drink

The room was huge - it was an actual 3 bed apartment - very spacious and very clean and very contemporary.

The location is far from city. It was a remote location and eventhough we arrived at 10pm - everything was closed. The area was pretty dead with no one in sight and we were advised wed need to go to Central Bahrain for night life. We were there for only 13 hours hence took a longer transit to see and explore Bahrain - unfortuantely that wasnt possible as everything was atleast 20-30 mins drive from where we were.

We like everything, for any request we got fast response.Breakfast is very good for any taste, sauna and spa along with jakuzzi and outdoor pool are cozy.

Room was big. Breakfast was good and had variety.

The room's furtinuture looks used and not so clean inside. Bathroom also.But the biggest complain was the noise coming from other rooms or the hallway. Basically one could clearly hear anyone speaking in the rooms around you. One night we could not sleep at all because of our neighbour's party..

TVs are small. The lighting of the rooms, living room and the hotel corridors shall be improved

Breakfast was soo good, multiple option was offered other than available foods. sufficient parking. Reception and other ground staffs are very cooperative.

Staff, clean facilities, and confort

Wonderful staff, quiet rooftop restaurant which is partially inside in case the weather isn’t ideal. Great breakfast with a lot of options. Giant bathtub with jacuzzi feature. Easy and quick drive to the airport.

Room was spacious and most of the staff are friendly expect the ones at check out. They were pushy.

I was tired so I called the reception early morning for a late check out like most hotels do. I asked if i can check out at 4 or 5 she said yes for half a day fee which was 300 BD i can check out at 5 so i went down and paid. At 4 - 4:30 the receptionist was calling my room over and over again while i was getting my bags out like if i they extended my check out for free. Also the breakfast/dining area smelled moist and bit disgusting tbh. I was thinking to pay for breakfast then i changed my mind.
