The location and the comfortability

Availability of units and it’s different from booking to the hotel.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. The hotel also has its own private beach, although the layout is a bit unusual.

The hotel feels outdated and is located on a busy main road, making it quite noisy. There was no ventilation in the bathroom, and the toilet flush broke, although the staff helped fix it. The price is okay, but for the same rate you can find much better-quality hotels.

Very disappointing experience. I arrived at the apartment and no one was available to let me in. There was no proper arrangement for check-in, which is completely unacceptable for a place that hosts guests 24/7.

Kids are more safe and parents can enjoy if want to go in bar

Cost high and should be compensated brakefast atleast

TV reception lousy

The food is good

The facilities are aging, and we are having problems with the toilets. The maintenance team tries to repair it, but unfortunately, they can’t avoid a leak.

the internet connection is bad not so good and also the room service from housekeeping to request for toiletries it took one hour before coming

Pool area and breakfast at restaurant. The pool bar and workers are great. Good location.

The property needs significant improvement- the toilet in our room was broken twice. There was no hot water in the shower. Housekeeping only cleaned our room at 5pm. For the price you are paying the rooms and service need major improvement. The hotel could also offer a voucher or some kind of compensation if the room is not up to standard. I’m sorry doesn’t cut it.

Beach access and relaxing resort vibes. Good value for money.

Slow service at the beach and my room had no view on the pool just the corner of it although it says pool view.

Old rooms which requires a renovation specially the bathroom.The pool and the beach are opening at 9:00 AM. Early swimmers will definitely lose this advantage during the stay

Peaceful resort no noises around specially at night, nice friendly staff at the reception entrance and security.Very classic.

The location and the pool area .

I didn’t like the room, very old furniture and uncomfortable beds extremely over priced. The service was very poor unfriendly untrained staff with poor management skills and customer service. I will definitely not recommend it for anyone.

Our experience was great. The main reason for choosing this place was the kids activities options. There is an amazing Kids club, indoors and climate regulated, my kids had a blast in it, and whenever you visit be sure to ask for Zainab who is very kind and provides a lovely experience to the kids.The other attractions is the swimming pool, several options for kids and great service from the pool crew.I would like to give special thanks to Mohammed Altayeb who added a great layer of personal touch to ensure our stay was pleasant, he showed us around the facilities (pool, beach, kids club, and Spa).

My only comment is the breakfast menu is a bit limited in options, especially hot dishes.

Location is good , pool is nice , room AC is good

The beach is not worth it , dirty and closed in a way , dont take sea view cuz its not really a sea view , the price was really way high for the service provided .
