The pool is lovely.

No minibar and the refrigerator was dirty.

Very clean room with fresh linens. Comfortable bed - met my preference of not too squishy. Front desk and restaurant staff were professional. Parking was convenient. The room was quiet with a decent city and water view.

The cafe staff was not quite as professional. Very short in one case and giggly between each other while speaking a different language in another. The T.V. would not go past the welcome message and I had to call twice, total of about 45m-1hour before someone came. But he fixed it quickly and then took time to explain the remote.

There is no bathrobe in room and the contact room no privacy we can hear the next room because of the conacted doorr

Everything was outstanding, especially the exceptional service from the reception team—Mr. Mahesh and Husain Al-Sakran truly made the experience remarkable

The location is great because it's close to all the facilities we might need. The staff are super respectful and helpful, and the place is really clean and relaxing. I can honestly say I'll be back again and again.

Nothing at all, everything was comfortable without any disturbances.

I liked the welcoming staff, the cleanliness of all places, the availability of all facilities and amenities. I was granted later checkout until 3 pm. Everything was extremely perfect.Thanks to Jessa at the reception and everyone else

Honestly, There was no single thing I could criticize

I’ve been coming to The K Hotel for over two years now, and every stay reminds me why I keep returning. The newly renovated rooms are up to standard and great value for money, the service is always great, and the whole team never fails to make me feel at home.But most of all, a special thank you to Jessa, her smile, kindness, and constant willingness to help truly make a difference. She’s one of the reasons this place feels like my go-to spot in Bahrain.Highly recommended!

If I may suggest some improvement, it would be to add more variety in the room service menu

The room is very spacious and clean. Friendly staff. Hotel location is very good. Everything nearby

Upon checked in they put me in the same room(413), that I stayed once and complain of the room. Very noisy room due to the chillers located just below. This room don't offer a good night sleep. I have asked for room change and they told me that there is no more non smoking room available for that night. As a frequent guest of the hotel, you should have my complains in file and make sure for me not to face the same issue again. I always make my reservation ahead of time.

The junior sweet was very spacious. Very nice. Clean. Friendly staff.

You have a big smart TV inside the living room only. The browser don't support netflix. Very limited tv programs in english.

Old facilities especially in bathroom Long time of check out due to the, unreasonable, deposit!!

The room is nice and clean but the furniture not really cleaned and was full of hidden bugs ?. Check-out staff required more skill to deal with guest
