Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay

Excellent staff, competent, pay attention to detail, helpful, made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Hotel is very well located with easy access.

The Egyptian guy in the reception wasn’t professional at all, on the chick-out I was walking toward his colleague (Asian female) and informed her that we checking-out, while I was talking to her he keep calling me to come to him & I responded:”I’m with her & she will do the chick-out for me” and gave her our room # then immediately he did the chick-out for & the receptionist I’m talking looked at him surprised of his stupidity & action! Then he asked me (the Egyptian) do you me waive the cost of your mini bar “I can do that!!” I responded NO! & I happily paid the amount to the girl in reception. This is not the Four Seasons standards!

Everything was perfect , the location , service , facilities, activities for kids and adults , beach , pools and the staffs all of them were kind and helpful

Breakfast is not exciting

We had interesting and enjoyable stay and as usual, staff and reception are helpful and cooperative. Its location, view and relaxing surrounding are all great and making it attractive and dream stay

I did not like offering the car valet with 5 dinar for a luxury hotel like this!!

I had the most wonderful stay at the Four Seasons Bahrain. From the moment I arrived, everyone made me feel at home, and the service was exceptional throughout.A special thanks to Maida, who truly went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable during my stay. She was thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely cared about making my experience memorable.By the pool, Naveed was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He made sure everything was perfect and added such a warm touch to my time relaxing there.I also visited the spa and had a Balinese massage, which was absolutely wonderful. The atmosphere was so relaxing, and I left feeling refreshed and renewed. I highly recommend this experience to anyone staying at the hotel.It was a lovely getaway, and I honestly felt like home because of the way the staff took care of me. Every detail was handled with such care, and I deeply appreciate the genuine hospitality.I highly recommend Four Seasons Bahrain and can’t wait to return!

The Cut restaurant, the room service.

The bed mattress too soft for stomach sleepers. The AC did not function properly in first day, the temperature was stuck at 18.5c and it could not be cooler.The bathroom glass door makes loud noise when shut, the bang noise woke me up.

The room was very clean Also, the location was perfect.

Firstly, I was surprised that no welcome drink was offered upon arrival, which is something I have come to expect from hotels of your caliber. Secondly, I noticed that parking was charged, although when I booked through Booking.com it was listed as complimentary. Moreover, the parking service is self-parking, which differs from the standard valet service often provided at luxury hotels.

The swimming pool’s surface is not comfortable and it isnt safe.. its very rough! Me and my family had a lot of wounds and bloods in our feets and this is not the first time this happens with us i dont know how a hotel like four seasons installed such uncomfortable surface at their pool!!! I remember it was very cood when it was the same to the adults pool (azure) also the glass bottles of water is not easy to open for the kids and old people

Everything about our stay at the hotel was truly amazing. The service was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. A special shoutout to Ali at the front desk — he was the MVP! He helped us change our rooms and made the check-in process seamless and stress-free. ??The staff at the beach, pool, and restaurant were also wonderful — especially with our baby. They went out of their way to make things easier for us and showed such warmth and care. ?

Except that the pool and beach staff, they are fully operated on Friday. On Thursday and Saturday you parley find one until 12 o’clock. But their were great and friendly staff.
