Location was good. Cleanliness is worth mentioning.

Breakfast was of too limited items, absolutely not worthy of a hotel like this. Chef was reluctant to provide Dosa to several including us and later served. During breakfast hours milk was not refilled and provided when tea was already taken. Apple juice can had dirt and rectified upon informed. Need to pay more attention for food items and quality and care. Requested to provide SR against BD which was rejected at reception saying that its only given to locals.

Location but I give it one star hotel, not five star for the bad service and bad attitude for the staff.

Five star hotel with the attitude was so bad there was a person named Ali. He’s a Bahraini guy. He was very rude when we talk to him and all the staff even the Indian lady on the Reception on the morning I say hello or good morning. she don’t reply to me!!! She said only yes!! With angry face !!!what can I do for you and that was very rude. This is the first time anyone has treated us like this in five star hotel even one star hotel they were very polite unfortunately it was bad experience. I will never recommend this hotels for anyone .

Good Value, excellent staff and great location close to the airport. No problem at all with the late check out. Good option for biz trip.

Excellent 4star value in a great location. The rooms were comfortable and a decent size with all the comfort amenities available. The reception staff were professional and answered my message chat swiftly to arrange an airport pick up. The breakfast had many choices.

the room was very comfortable and well appointed. The location is great with cafes, restaurants at a walking distance. the hotel has great amenities and the swimming pool is definitely worth trying when the sun has gone down!

The Japanese restaurant is a complete hit: great food, ambience, and service.

An old hotel, rooms seem renewed, yet all other facilities are old.Breakfast is very basic, without any if the amenities to have a more pleasant time for the cost per night paid.

i got a de luxe room and all was nice for a one nnight stay would not go there for a few days with the fam.

Excellent location with ample parking in the heart of Manama, in Diplomatic Area.

Don't expect a receiption as in a normal 5 Star Hotel. You need to collect the key, carry your luggage and self occupy the room.

The room was nice and spacious. The bar and restaurant are good.
