I liked leaving the best!

Swimming pool broken. Hot tub broken. Furniture in suite was very old and extremely uncomfortable. Room was cold took the whole day to heat up room with portable electric heater. Got extra blankets filled bathtub with hot water to help heat it. Tv small

The property is literally in the center of everything. You don’t need a car if you’re gonna stay here. You can literally walk to the nearest attractions.

Kinda noisy and crowded at night. Not family friendly at night, so I don’t advise anyone going out late at night. Since there is so many bars and clubs at the lobby and around the area.

Very Clean, No insects and complete commodities. Wifi is also free. Receptionist and staffs are also approachable and accommodating. Filipino staffs are very professionals.Shampoos, dental cleaning and bath soaps with lotion are available. AC works perfectly fine and TV is working too.

The location of the hotel is very congested and crowded around it.

I was told we could swim at night and even confirmed while checking in but later when we went for swimming we were rejected but security, receptionist and manager. Its better to tell the truth in advance.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel has a great location and has an antique furniture & style

Very aesthetic Hotel in the middle of City center.Very big and clean rooms.

There were bugs on the bed… bath towels had holes … bathroom wasn’t clean enough and the prices of in-room dining menu was exorbitant!! I’d rather stay at better hotels around the same neighbourhood instead

Need renovation. Very noisy

Every night there was Arabic disco AT the ground floor until 2:30 AM. The noise and vibrations of walls did not allowed to sleep. Some rooms are refreshed but the first we got was stinky and very old.

The very helpful, cheerful, and friendly staff is the number 1 reason for me to choose this nice hotel again.

The hotel is generally nice, but would require some general renovation, and I think the management is already working on it!

Poor facilities had to change room 3 times Shower was bad there was barely any water pressure made multiple complaints but no solution. The music was playing so loud that we were unable to sleep properly for 4 nights the walls were vibrating.

The staff are approachable and friendly esp MR. ANL the male receptionist on front desk. They are making sure that they will deliver a quality service through their customer.

The Geisha-looking receptionist in the counter is sweet and accomodating. Breakfast & dinner are good, as usual.

Heavy sound on morning due to hotel maintaining work , disturbed the sleep a lot on all morning

Pricing for some room service items like water ,ice etc are very high,also the room service guy keep asking to pay the bill every time we buy t something,which was really unprofessional,

location was perfect. they took my car and parked it on the parking area. nice staff

the water pressure for the shower was low. the disco was annuing us during sleep

HONEST ADVICE: DON NOT BE TRAPPED AND BOOK THIS HOTEL.i was there between Jan 30 and Feb 1, 2025, I have been traveling more than 20 years and to over 40 countries. Sadly saying this is the worst travel experience I’ve ever had. I don’t want to mention the location, value or comfort level. One thing worth to exclude this from your option is the noise. Very noisy environment till 3 am early morning coming from the disco which belongs to the hotel. On top of this another noise coming from neighboring building most of the day time. I reached out to the manager and asked him to enter my room to witness the noise himself. I told him clearly if you offer someone to stay for free no one accept suffering, I was headache most of the time due to lack of sleep day and night. I advise the owner of this place to choose between being a hotel or a disco. Without proper noise isolation you can’t be both. I have attached a video recording of the noise at 2 am early morning available at google reviews, I wish it was doable here.
