My note its about your web not the hotel. I reserved the hotel with breakfast. And when i arrived they tell me the breakfast is not included . And also the bill is missing a lot of info.

People,

There are no parking for SUVs, the rooms are are close to outdoor bar where drunk guys on daily basis keep chatting and laughing from early night to early morning you wouldn’t be able to sleep at all

No net curtains on windows, pool water temperature is not maintained

Amazing service Receptionist upgraded our room to 2 bedroom suite with beach view. Staff very nice and accommodating. Quiet hotel and beach is private. Lovely stay

Location at Amwaj

Walls are extremely thin, you can hear people from other rooms, the bathroom is so large yet empty with no shelves and no outlet, the shower drain is clogged, the minibar doesn’t work, the AC occasionally turns off

Me and my family we enjoyed a lot the room we stayed, very spacious and beautiful view, we also enjoyed the pool, and the private beach, since my son loves to play on the sand. The staff is super nice!

The staff was so nice

There was only one restaurant and limited food options.The restaurant was expensive.There was no cafe.There was only one lock.The beach was unclean. There was a soap box and some other repairs.The resort lacked any fun activities, making you feel bored.Location was so far from main shops

It was not in a beach, but on a canal from sea. Lot of jelly fish and hard to stay in the sea. The pool was good. Also good breakfast.

A hiked price as beach but it was not a beach

The bed wasn’t comfortable half was solid and half soft and the bedroom wasn’t clean

High Price and doesn’t worth the money

Not a beach side, it is inside a water canal from sea. And the water body filled with jelly fish so was scared to swim in the Canal. The pool was good.

Private little beach access and pool area were fabulous, staff was especially helpful and friendly. Breakfast was unbelievable- everything you could possibly imagine wanting- all fresh and delicious. Restaurant has reasonably priced and you can eat a variety of things- it’s great for days you send on the premise.

Fantastic view, super quite

Not new but well maintained

The rooms' designs are simple but spacious and clean. They were doing renovation at the time we stayed in, so I think they are still improving the rooms and facilities. The check-in was very quick, no hassle, and the rooms were very accessible. The breakfast was good, and it has outdoor seating or indoor with a great view of the beach. What I loved the most is their staff, they were very welcoming and always tends to our requests. I hope I remember their names right but they were two lovely Filipinas Ms. Jenny and Ms. Ann at the reception and breakfast area.

I think the only thing was there is not enough sign to guide you to the hotel location and entrance. For first timers, if you folllow google map then you might miss the left turn to the street where the parking and hotel entrance is.

It's a very old hotel, everywhere. No maintenance of the facilities. Very uncomfortable bed, the beach is extremely small and it is no proper beach at all. Sitting behind the pool is pitiful because the sofas are old and dirty. 300 euro paid for one night stay in this place? Impossible, what a mistake. The ONLY positive thing is the staff that was friendly but still is not enough. Never again.

The food was good and staff very friendly. Upgraded room was welcome.

The noise of construction around the pool and beach. Was unable to use the pool because of dust and concrete drilling noise. Noise often still happening at 9pm.
