Cozy and staff attentiveness to our needs

Fantastic views of the caldera. Away from the crowds. It would be hard to stay here without a car. Rooms are clean. Convenient by car to many points on the island. Our room had an amazing, large terrace with fantastic views. Many dining options nearby (better by car). Great quality for the price.

There are no evening dining options or a bar. The rooms are really small. The bathroom is separated from the room by a glass door that is poorly insulated, so while in the room, one hears everything in the bathroom.

The view was absolutely gorgeous and the staff were friendly and felt like I was staying with family. The breakfast staff were amazing always cheerful and definitely made eating breakfast enjoyable. Food was great. Reception staff were incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable of things to down and how to plan them out to fit my time frame. Absolutely incredible experience for the first visiting Santorini.

Location Location Location. The cliffside views are amazing. You can walk in 10 mins to town for atv & scooter rentals, a grocery market, buses, restaurants and gelato. There are also several very nice restaurants on either side of property. Best of all are all the staff who work at this hotel. The front office Manager, Marta I believe, professional, conscientious and oh so very pleasant to talk to, went over and above accommodating our group of 10 with every need, and especially for those of us who had late flight departures. Breakfast servers, who meet and greet with smiles and hugs. Groundskeepers who help with luggage. The rooms were outstanding too, with modern fixtures, comfortable beds, and nice patios. The large pool is inviting, with umbrellas & comfortable lounge chairs. A clean and fun property to stay at, with an amazing west side of island view of cliffs and sea. I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful spaces on the edge of the caldera. Very clean and updated. We stayed in a room with an unobstructed view and enjoyed the patio w/loungers and table & chairs. The property is easily navigated; the office, cafe, and pool are easy to get to, even though our room felt very serene and private.

We had to buy water. The hotel offers 2 bottles of water per day (the tap water is not potable). No problem, though, with a kiosk in the cafe and a mini-mark about a half mile away.

Beautiful view with comfortable bed and amazing buffet breakfast included! The staff from checking in/out and during breakfast were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!!

My husband numbed his head a few times in the loft but otherwise, excellent!!!

Everyone about this place is amazing and incredibly beautiful. The view was everything, the staffs were super nice and very welcoming and ready to help when you need anything. The place is easily accessible to the nearby town the bus station is just two mins away. They upgraded my room because it was my birthday. I really enjoyed my stay and I’m coming back.

I like everything, I will return definitely, the view is amazing the rooms are great with a great balcony to enjoy the view, the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming and the amenities are perfect, water, coffee, tea

A little travel to get to taverns and shops.

There were two things likeable about the property 1. We took a deluxe room so it was fab- the view.2. Staff was extremely hospitable

1. The bathroom and the toilet are constructed in the room which means if you take a shower that's long , water spills from underneath the bathroom floor into the room. I was not able to take a long shower without my room being flooded with water 2. The bathroom doors are transparent - the sheet assumptions that only couples will live here is ridiculous. I was with my mom- we had to hang a bed sheet as bathroom curtains were missing3. The staff didn't replenish dental kits, moisturiser etc on our second day4. The room doesn't have a phone to call the reception In case you need something which is very annoying - when you need something and you come to the room after a long walk, you just let it go because there is no way to get to the staff than physically walking to the reception 5. The second day cleaning was not up to the mark. It looked very unkemptly done. I could see morsels of food lying around which were dropped from the morningOverall- they charge you highly and even though the view is fab, that kind of money is not worth it!!

We had a queen size bed room with caldera view. The room was nice but really really small, some more hangars would be very helpful

The panoramic view is really wonderful, very relaxing to seat and the balcony and enjoy the quiet of the sea.The room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was high quality, with fresh fruit and bread, eggs, yogurts, etc, all quite tasty.

A lot of light comes into the room as soon as the sun rises, so bring a sleeping mask if this bothers you. It can get very windy and there are a lot of noises from the external furniture because of that. The hotel replaced our water bottles everyday (2 bottles daily), but it was short for 2 people considering the water is not potable in Santorini.

Great view of caldera. Friendly and helpful staffs.

Public transportation might be challenging.

The view is magnificent. The beach (Calderona) is just a few minutes away (literally under the hotel). The pool is fantastic -- it almost feel as a see since it's salt.

The water pressure is tragic. There is only a little bar, but a supermarket is nearby and there are few nice restaurant in Akrotiri.
