Goulielmos Hotel & Spa

This is a lovely hotel with amazing views and amazing staff. Best hotel I ever stayed at, on top of the gorgeous room and out of this world views the staff went above and beyond. I will definitely stay here when I return to Greece.

The staff was so pleasant and kind. The rooms were so comfortable. We loved that we had our own outer private patio. And the view was incredible.

If we come again to Santorini we will book one of the rooms with a hot tub in the courtyard area. We were a little jealous of those rooms.

The view from the room, exceptional service from the moment we arrived at the hotel, delicious restaurant with breathtaking sunsets and so many spots to enjoy aesthetics of Santorini, apart from a cool hotel pool there’s a beach down the hill 5 mins away for diving lovers:)

One of the most incredible locations in Santorini. Well trained staff, immaculately kept facilities we have ever visited.

The staff and their attentiveness and hospitality was by far the best thing about staying there. The Edge restaurant was also incredible. Great food, excellent service and stunning sunsets.

The shower was small and no door but that was about the only thing wrong but not a show stopper.

Everything was perfect! The view, food, room and the staff were all wonderful and very helpful! Definitely book a room with private heated pool and book into the Edge restaurant which is part of the hotel.

Smell from bathroom was awful at times.

The staff were incredible! So attentive and helpful. When we arrived we were greeted very well and given tips about the best things to do on the island. Everything was seamless. Amazing view. Amazing pool and facilities, great breaky- couldn’t fault it

I was very pleased with the staff, the cleanliness, the breakfast, the views.

The view is great, the staff is great. The rooms are clean and the amenities are complete. It's perfect. The restaurant next door was the best we had in Santorini, so we went there twice for dinner. It's also great that the bus stop is right in front of us.

I had a small child with me, so the bus didn't come on time and it was difficult to get to the city center. It's good to have a rental car for small children.

Amazing place , everything according description ! -Hotel & Bar/Restaurant staff professional and high quality. - use of the pool without time limit - nice sunset from hotel without stress to go somewhere after a nice day around the island - day of the check out you can stay and enjoy the pool waiting your transfer to Harbor or Airport - reception staff really helpful to organize rent / info etc.

Maybe could be a suggest during the winter closure , maybe was just in our room , please put some Hangers in the bathroom, while no chance to put bath towels somewhere.

Stunning hotel with amazing views! Room was very comfortable and clean, with an amazing private pool. Breakfast served at restaurant or in private pool area, very charming! Staff were amazing! They even helped us renting a car (which we highly recommend to visit the island and its beaches.

The environment is beautiful so relaxing also stuffs are amazing..iris was so understanding when l needed help ordering food for the sabbath on Friday evening since l can’t buy or sell on the holy day of GOD as it is written in the Ten Commandments in the Bible(remember the sabbath day and keep it holy) ..she didn’t judge me instead she helped me and it easier for me ..GOD bless you iris ..

The toilet was not clean..

The hotel location is perfect. Every corner has a stunning view and the staff are the iceing on the cake. They are so kind and nothing is ever too much trouble. The food in the edge is world glass. Gorgeous George and his team run a mega operation… have the pistachio squid! I would recommend this location over all others on the island it still feels authentic, the views are amazing and the atmosphere is tranquil

The view, the staff, the cleanness, the Edge restaurant. We had a basic room, a but small to open suitcases despite 20sq mt. But very clean, well designed , and with a small balcony with a nice view.

Swimming pool a bit small but sufficient to refresh yourselves and make photos. If windy weather there is no shade for the sunbeds. Sometime outside there was a bad smell (one evening I could not stay on the balcony due to this).
