Melidonia Suites

The property was absolutely stunning! The view…I can’t say enough about it. Pictures do not do this view justice. The property is beautifully designed and quiet. The staff were so warm and welcoming. It literally felt like coming home to family. Cleopatra was amazing. She was warm, thoughtful, friendly, and so accommodating. She made us wish we’d stayed longer. 10/10 experience!

The accommodation is excellent, the breakfast on the terrace is also great, and the staff always strives to be there for you. All praise!

The terrace is spacious with a wonderful view, but the glass panels near the infinity pool are not very clean, and since the view is so beautiful, it would be better if they were cleaned more frequently.

The place, the surroundings, a beautiful view on the caldera, the size ( very big suites). It was just perfect.

My stay at Melidonia Suites was truly incredible, beyond all expectations. Cleopatra is the sweetest person ever and an exceptional host — she helped me organize a surprise for my partner’s birthday and made everything perfect. The rest of the staff were also incredibly welcoming and warm. I 100% recommend this place!

Nothing everything was perfect

We were welcomed by Cleopatra, she was very nice and very welcoming! She told us about Santorini and gave us good recommendations to visit. I would 100% recommend staying here. The rest of the staff is also amazing and kind and the food was excellent! The room was even more beautiful than on the photo's. We are looking forward to visit again some time :)

We loved the location, cleanliness and amazing hospitality of the staff. We were a family of 5 and we were very comfortable in this huge beautiful villa. The view was so pretty in the morning and the breakfast was so fresh and made with love. We would definitely pick this location and hotel again. It was nice and away from the traffic and craziness of the main towns. The staff also accommodate you in anything you need.

Great view, great breakfast, comfortable bed. Personnel very kind and helpful.

Nefeli suite is very exposed to strong/cold wind end of October, could not use terrasse/pool at all. We missed something like a lounge/sofa in the suite. Maledonia suites are quite remote, rental car recommended.

Beautiful, clean. Super friendly and helpful staff. They arranged dinner reservations for us and we always had excellent tables for sunset views!

The privacy of the location. Cleanliness and beauty of the room and view. Wonderful staff, very accomodating and easy to communicate. Great breakfast and felt safe.

Privacy, silence, cleanliness, everything

It was INCREDIBLE. The privacy but also the care taken of us was exceptional! Kristina was terrific at reaching out before our stay for any questions we might have, upon arrival she took excellent care of us while they were finishing up getting our room ready because we arrived earlier than expected. Collins brought our bags up to our room, he also brought us all our food while we stayed there and when I say this gentleman was so kind and had such a happy personality, I mean it he was exceptional. Last but not least the woman who kept our place so clean and tidy was Becky, and she did an outstanding job! Coming back each day to our room being spotless and all tidied up was the cherry on top! All around 10/10, and the views and pool were amazing features of this stay!

Couldn't think of anything!

Amazing stay!Room, pool, deck area and view were fantastic! Staff were so nice and couldn't do enough for us. Can literally see the Caldera view from your bed. Breakfast brought to your room every morning, really good and varied selection. Room and bathroom were massive.Quiet area away from the crowds of Fira and Oia but close to Athrokiri village with a selection of restaurants 15 mins walk downhill.

Road at night is too dangerous to walk home so you need a taxi. Main window in the room could do with a sheer curtain for privacy in the morning so you can get the view while waiting for your breakfast instead of hiding behind the full blind. Both minor things and didn't take away from our stay.

The service was exceptional from everyone there. Great location with amazing views. You do need to hire a car or catch the bus to get to the main attractions but beautiful area and quiet. Had free parking at the hotel. Hotel room was very big. Great pool. Housekeeping are very thorough - moped the floors and even hosed down the outside area so it didn’t get dusty from the wind. Front desk gave great recommendations of where to eat. Wonderful breakfast served on the patio area. Greeted us with a glass of wine and fruit platter on arrival.

Everything. The hotel was fantastic. We had an unforgettable stay. Everything from the Views, to the breakfast, to the pool, to the excellent service. The suite was beautifully designed. The luxurious and serene atmosphere was exactly what we needed to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The staff, they are the best!!! Our immense gratitude to Collins for going above and beyond to make our stay memorable, to Kristina for being so kind and helpful in booking our boat tour, and a restaurant where we had the best experience at "Greek night". A big thank you to Krema and Peppa, for cleaning our suite so well.

Everything about the place is fantastic. Views, breakfast, pool, service, especially the team they are the best!!! Will be back next year for sure!

Everything was perfect.

The spacious rooms have private pools, breakfast, and views of the sea. You can climb the building and take a seat on the rooftop to see the sky and the sea, and enjoy private sunbathing. The staff is friendly and the towels are changed daily.
