Perfect view and quiet location

The hot tub was never hot, barely warm. Not really responsive to request to turn it up.

Everything was just perfect.The stuff (Rafaella), the room (Esmerald), the breakfast, the cleaning and most of all.....the view is just breathtaking!!! We just lovie it! Thank you for everything,. Thank you God for creating this place (Santorini) on this Earth .

Loved everything

The views are absolutely amazing. A lovely view right across the caldera. You can see Thira and Oia from the balcony. The customer service from Nikos was excellent. He messaged us before our travels to see if he could help with any bookings, etc. he was constantly in touch with us throughout our stay to ensure we are having the best time. Nikos helped us with hiring a quad for the day to explore the island, I would very much recommend this and it’s much cheaper than a taxi. Flora is an absolute sweetheart. She greets you with your breakfast every morning and makes the rooms look immaculate.She is so friendly and so lovely and made our stay very special. The rooms were very comfortable and very clean. The location is perfect with a two minute walk to the local supermarket and a five minute walk to the local restaurants. If we was to return to Santorini, we would certainly come back here

The shower is very dated, it took a minute or 2 to find a good temperatureWe stayed in the best suite but found the lower range suite had more to offer with comfort on the balcony such as padded lounge chairs. Our double bed on the balcony was soaking wet during our whole stay so asked for one of the small comfort chairs from the other rooms which Nikos brought to us. 10 minutes later he was asked by the owners (that we never see during our stay) to take away from us. I asked to speak to the owner but was told they are not around. When I said we cannot stay on our balcony because the bed is wet, so I want to complain about this, they spoke to the owner who said we could have the bed back. (This is very minor as it got sorted straight away)

The location - it overlooked the Santorini bay with amazing views, a pool with a bar, a short, steep walk down to the beach below (Caldera) and a small supermarket 3 mins walk away and 8 mins to the village of Akrotiri with a great choice of eating options, from cafes to restaurants. The room was large (we had a studio) with amazing views and a little spa on the balcony. The bed was quite firm but comfortable. There was a breakfast included with a choice from a list each day. The location was quiet but not isolated and a good place to get to spots for the sunsets. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A special mention to Nikos, who arranged a bus shuttle (€40) and waited until 11pm for our arrival (plane delay) and was always helpful either suggestions and went out of his way to book a catamaran cruise and our quad bike, as well as making a booking for a restaurant on our first night. Theofanis was a great restaurant if you want a recommendation, including a GF menu for those who need that. Nikos also went out and specially bought some GF rusks and crackers for my wife, who could not eat the breakfast bread. The other staff Raphaella and Flora were also very helpful and responsive to everything we required. A very enjoyable hotel stay with everything you need at your fingertips.

Fabulous views. Rooms were simple, spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was delivered to your room with a very cheerful good morning. Food was delicious as well! Restaurants near by were perfect. You do need transport to explore - recommend a quad bike, great fun.

The view is beautiful. The neighbourhood, Akrotiri, is excellent - It has restaurants, shops, cafes and a bar but is away from the mayhem of places like Thira or Kamari. It is too quiet for anyone looking for that party vibe but was perfect for our chill romantic holiday.

The facilities need some updating and maintenance especially considering the price. It was hard to enjoy the pool with the high wind that often occurred- but this is natural for the landscape. I would advise renting your own transport! That way you can go and see some things or go to a beach where the wind is not as strong.

The premises (rooms and balcony) are big and very clean and comfortable. The view is epic.The area is very nice - with many restaurants, mini-markets and a bus stop 150 m from the hotel. Red beach is less than two km from the hotel and there is a good bus connection to it. Easy access to the hotel (that might not be the case at Oia or some other places, where you have to climb quite a bit).Breakfast is excellent, with number of choices provided. The staff is super kind and caring. I had lost my ear-ring and they were running till the bus station to give it to me, as I had checked-out aleady.There are winds almost all the time, yet even this was good - allowing to feel like in a bit diferent world.

The view was amazing. Easy to find and spacious place to park the car for free. Breakfast was brought to the room at the requested time. You really pay for the location/view.

The hot tub wasn't hot, but warm and there was no option to make it warmer. The towels were super hard and smelled as if they weren't dried properly. There was only one receptionist who had to arrange all, from check-in to cleaning, to making breakfast. Breakfast was very poor, e.g fresh fruits, was an apple and we always had to ask for it.

This hotel has been absolutely amazing to say the least. From the beautiful views, to all the friendly staff, it’s been surreal and unforgettable. Everyone was extremely kind and accommodating. Breakfast is amazing and included. We stayed in the Royal suite with Jacuzzi and it was fantastic. The views are unbeatableWords cannot express how wonderful this hotel is and how happy we were with our time here. We can’t wait to come back to Epic View Suites.

good location and friendly staff

we couldn’t leave our room or use the beautiful patio as the winds were so high. I know this is not the fault of the hotel.
