Jaypee Greens Golf and Spa Resort

The property was beautiful and well maintained. Rooms are spacious and clean!

Location and look

Over staffed but poor service. Inroom dining takes forever to deliver. Housekeeping irresponsible. Reception uncooperative. Had asked for someone to come and take baggage down for checkout. He never turned up.

Nice and spacious room. Good food. Excellent Ambience.

Property does not accept American express card, so delay in check-in.

The location and the expanse. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and the jacuzzis in the room was a pleasant surprise.

The in room dining service was slow.

Location, food, service

Dated old interiors.

Huge room. Got me an early check in and I got a coffee and some snacks whilst I waited for the room. Breakfast had a good selection of food.

Not really the hotels fault but the air pollution can be sensed on the inside of the hotel.

Proximity of golf course

in room for the per day charges, the bath robe was torn ( #314. )No mouth wash asked house keeping, non Availabilty of room sleepers in room.Air condition is making too much noise. Requires maintenance. No amenities in bath tub area like salt, soaps etc

South Indian food, biryani and mutton curry was delicious. Breakfast buffet was good. Property is spacious and vast. Good greenery. Peaceful.

Understaffed as we had to wait for someone to pick the luggage , very less guests occupancy, 3 non operational restaurants except one due to less visitors, this left us with limited menu items. Chicken in chicken tikka masala was undercooked, rice was undercooked. Finally both of our door look cards were deactivated hours before our checkout time, this was unhospitable and insulting. This was brought to their notice.

The gaming zone and food. The room and the golf view was awesome.

A small accident occurred in the pavilion area. Was very scared. That to Mr Gaurav who tried his best to help us. The staff in the reception as well cafe were not very professional.

Location and layout.

Our room had constantly some problem, like no hot water, light bulb not working, too less toilet tissue etc. I did not like that requests were not passed on to next shift (I only assume that was the issue, otherwise not acceptable at all). Too many ppl attending to some small issue.

Breakfast was very good, and overall ambiance were perfect.

There was nothing in particular. But I feel mettress quality could be little better, it could be little bit on a firmer side.

Size of property and room.

High priced. Took extra for breakfast on single occupancy too

Rooms were very good and spacious. And location was close to Expo centre. Coffee shop food was very good. Plus my colleagues love golf, so now they want to come back and play here

Room AC control was not effective. Breakfast was just about good

Love the service & food! My room was super clean & their service is really commendable. I literally forgot a part of my outfit & they managed to arrange stuff for me in the same regard which was pretty sweet. Their in room dining & cafe food is yummm, all in all it was a good stay!

Too quiet ?

The layout, the open space, the enormous rooms, the courtesy, the staff, the restaurants.

The pool table should be in a bigger space

location and space

cleanliness and complementary services

The restaurant variety.

The decor was a bit dated and house cleaning needed to be requested. The rooms were sparse with not much coffee or tea etc.

It’s close to the Fair Ground, and there’s lot of greenery

I’m visiting this place, following a previous visit many years back. The place looks old now, and none of us in the group was able to find something to have for breakfast except paratha, their buffet used to cater for international visitors in the past. For dinner, we found a restaurant in the property that offered Italian dishes, and it was decent.

Professional and well maintained

Expensive food need more practical choices for small eats

Proximity to the golf course and that’s about it

1) Food is overpriced for the quality2) TV and in room entertainment doesn’t work3) made 2 requests regarding a bedding change and it wasn’t done
