The rooms were not clean. I had cocroaches in my room. I had an balance for me they refused to payback upon checking out. I strongly DO NOT recommend this hotel.

geysers were not working, had to take bath in cold water. bedding was really bad we paid 7k / room totally not worth, yes location is close to expo mart they make full use of that and hike prices.

The variety in breakfast is really good. Staffs are really friendly and always up for support.

There are inter-connected rooms which may be an issue if you have a loud neighbors.

Very cooperative staff and value formoney . For sure I will stay here again during our next trip .

Staff were kind enough, they tried to satisfy me as much as possible by them.

Entry to Hotel was flooded for two days, food quality was not good. shower was not working good.

need to increase staff and need to maintain rooms. make the property safe for everyone.

some o the rooms were not having curtains even after having faced to hospital at front. Even after saying multiple times they did not attached the curtains. which is not safe to stay Neither for any girl or women nor for anyone.

All staff politely and helpfull Room is also net and clean.

The hotel staff was good .

The room was very small and the bed sheets and bathroom was so messy and dirty. There was stains and hairs on the bed sheet and blanket. And other things in the room was okay. I booked this hotel online with advance payment but when I reached there , they told me there is no room available. And i waited then they provided me one room that was not as per expectations.

Have great experience here Good people and 100% genuine room as in images.Also try their food . It is very tasty..

Tv not working properly after call to reception and solutions installty.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Staff were fun and helpful. The room I had was nice though a little narrow. Huge bed. It had an international power socket in the bathroom which was good.

It was very noisy. I was in the room next to the stairs, first floor, and there were parties at night in the basement that were super loud in my room. Even the guys at reception talking at night were loud. The sound travels up the stairs.Maybe staying further from the stairs and on a different level would be ok.

My room was always clean with all supplies there. I love all the extra water bottles they have . My housekeeper for the night I was there. Every night after dinner my room was so clean and bed turned down. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Had wonderful and comfortable stay, ambience was very nice ,very clean and tidy rooms ,hotel staff were very polite and friendly. Front desk manager put extra effort for providing me early check in, they made my day more special it was very heart touching being a regular guest my first choice is Prime A1 only. Thank you for everything!!

It was too good and staff is also good and it is on 10 min walking distance from pari chowk metro station location was too good
