Hotel Apple Inn

Not at all clean bedsheets were having stains even when they changed sheet the new one also having spots tv not working. having mosquitos and they were not having good night or anything to stop them.

they should have helping staff and cleaniness and think about the customers.

Earlier I booked through booking.com and the cost was showing 980 but at the time of check in they disagreed to allow couple but and after some time they said that you have to pay 1500 by making offline booking,it was truly disappointing

Like only the location and dislike many things first of all rooms sooooooo small like shuru hote he khatma Too conjusted not at all the value we spent.

Changed the booking from Apple Inn to Hotel City view, saying you want check-in 11 am but no room available at that point of time

Property is like Lodge , too small rooms , hardly anything to fit in , cleanliness is ok , bath was fine but entry from backyard is like awkward

Staff , room size , hotel entry

The staff were tremendous & couldn't do enough for me. The area although outside the centre of Mumbai was only a 15 rupee trip by train. (Less than 15p). The locals were all very nice and nobody tried to rip me off. I had a diabetic fit(hypo) and feinted. Two locals helped me back to the hotel and the staff looked after me. I can't say enough of how lovely the people in Navi Mumbai are. If you want real city India on a budget I'd recommend this place wholeheartedly.

The fixtures & fittings were tired and the place looked awful from outside. A case of faded opulence and my room wasn't the best being a single. But the double and family rooms looked fine.

That hotel reception person was one of the cheapest guy I ever meet in my life, at time of checkout and also before booking on mobile phone, I clearly told I have 2 more female friends with me, that's why I book for 3 people, but this stupid person, don't allow me to check In even with my wife, neither he gave my money back, than i booked another hotel in chembur, I don't have enough time otherwise I would have called police for his froud behavior

They provided me different room than actually what I booked because I was alone so they shifted me to small room

Nothing only location is prime but facility is very bad

Almirah was broken,room are look like store room and hand wash/ soap is not available bathing towel is not there. For my experience don't stay over there.

Bathroom door n lock was broken.. lots of mosquito.. if u pay g pay or card they will charge you extra 12% charges..very unprofessional...

very noisy place. Strange smell. Was supposed to check out at 12. But left there earlier. Washroom untidy

I had travelled for a work purpose; for seven days I stayed there. The rooms were clean and staff was polite. Though the room I had opted was very small.There are few restaurants nearby and the station is just five minutes walking distance.

Location is good near to stations , and can go to roam outside , interior of the hotel is preety good n place is clean n neat ,staff is good , little disturbing it's ? also blanket we felt small as per 2 person . Over all its good as per price , i would recommend if u r planning to go .

Not a second time

Hotel called a day before travel to confirm arrival. Upon confirmation, they asked for advance payment by Gpay, which I refused. I had also requested for an early check-in since my flight to Mumbai was arriving early morning. Hotel refused to accommodate the request and asked me to book one more day if arrival is early. And I did just that. Once I reached the property, they said the hotel is full and sent me to another property on another floor in the same building, called City View! According to hotel staff, booking.com guest arrival is not guaranteed, and if cancelled, they don't get any compensation either! The entire scheme of things appeared strange, to say the least...

Booking was for Apple Inn was placed at a different place on the 5th floor poor staff unclean unhigenic rooms , had booked it for a day stay but left the premises within an hour by paying full.POOR

Nothing to like staff very rude and they abuse me and they didn't return my money.
