very bad experience break fast was not hot i got my coffee and toast after 15 minits some traveller try to open my room

Everything. Check in time. Staff attention. Room cleanliness. No hot water.

the room was very clean and very spacious.the food options for breakfast were great! and delicious.you could also eat dinner at the hotel, they had many options to choose from and they were very tasty.

The decor was well done.The location was near the venue i was interested in.

The maintenance is poor. They do not put effort in maintaining cleanliness. Despite informing them that I will arrive late, the bathroom was not clean on arrival (they had a whole day to clean it but...not done). Morning buffet - the fresh fruit and salad table had many fruit flies around it.There was not sufficient staff around to help with guest requests.

Great Place with amazing and genuine staff, at a reasonable price. The hotel staff also helped me book an uber and since I checked out in a rush, they also offered to pack my breakfast for me. This is my go to place if I ever go to mumbai again

BOOKED FOR MDOUBLE OCCUPANCY HOWEVER THE SAME WAS ALSO INFORMED AT FRONTDESK AND REQUESTED FOR DENTAL KIT IT WAS DELIVERED AFTER 45 MINS.TOWELS WERE STAINED HAND TOWEL WAS ALSO NOT THERE.

Staff was very friendly, food for breakfast was good, we mostly ate in the hotel so I would say food was good. It was a good size room was happy with the size of the rooms. Overall for the price we paid it was not bad.

Well for the starters the roo.a were not ready when we got there, there were no towels no dental kit basically nothing in the bathroom we had to ask for everything and even when they clean they don't replenish the things we had to ask for fresh towels. The bed sheets had holes for the price we paid I was expecting little bit better quality in the room, other then the room rest of our experience was not bad at the hotel.

The most important thing is comunication,The intercom was out of order,even after repeated reminders no one from hotel attended the problem.It was horrible experience.I will never stay in this property again.

Rooms were very specious and clean.Food was nice and for I house guest they had 20% discount

Even though hotel was vert clean I found small cockroach around breakfast table and later bug inside salt shaker.

Almost every day during the my stay I had to call the reception desk to ask for towells for my room!Breakfast not good, limited only to indian food! No continental option available!

Location, Breakfast was decent. Staff could have been more friendly.

No Towel and drinking water upon check in. No refill of in room tea-coffee. No receipt given for the amount paid. Wrong bill was added to my bill and charged and no receipt given for the amount paid.Bill was charged for the room service when i did not even checked in? Fraud or mistake?

No comments on a nonsese hotel

Not there basic amenities. The coridor no lights. Has to use own mobile torch to open the room. Room fully smell of cigratte. Not at all accaptable.

Nice staffs (front desk, house keeping, restaurant/room service etc). Specially few names to mention are Tushar in front desk who helped me to switch my room to an available better site/view, Laxmi and Jeevan in house keeping who helped me to room change over. Restaurant staffs are with smiling face and helping hands. Nice complimentary breakfast etc. I loved my stay in this property for 4 nights

I think I missed a tissue box, and a writing pad and pen in the room. Hotel management can think to add these stuffs (very helpful). Also I guess I didn’t find a hook/or rod to hang the wet towel in bathroom (after bathing). Otherwise all are good here.

The room was spacious.

Where to begin? We had a room with 2 guests staying in however everyday after house keeping there was only one towel. When we asked for fresh towels they took hours to come. The fridges in the room did not work (as in were hot) and we had medication that needs to be refrigerated. When we told them about the fridge they said, “that’s how fridges are in India.” There was a rat running around the dining area. They accused us of smuggling in an extra guest but we just had visits by friends. They also have a nightclub next door attached to the building with music until 3am that is so loud it makes the bed vibrate and then to top it all of … on check out they tell us they don’t accept international cards????? What kind of hotel is this? So we had a local friend use his card but they would only accept half of the amount on his card and they wanted the other half in cash? Talk about unprofessional.

Housekeeping barging in the room with master key , delay in billing as person on reception was clueless

Check in and check out is smooth .... but price was too much ....

We ordered home style chicken curry, with chapatis the room dinning person sends the grilled chicken thing, when I again called and he said we can't change the order.. food is wasted so as money ....
