No proper service No TV No AC Not given proper room Didn't provide even water bottle

Nice hotel and room good staff and service

breakfast was not offered. we had to buy breakfast

AC was not working. informed staff several times nobody took care of it. tv was showing recharge expired. bed sheet was dirty.. had to ask them to change it. there was no hot water.. they said hot water is there at the time of booking

Nothing… bad staff… room quality is so bad. They are asking extra money after reaching there. Not even giving water for drinking

There is nothing to like in this hotel

Owner was very rude, once you visit hotel he will ask you to cancel your online booking so he can cut down booking platform margins and later he will treat you like you have no options but need to accept his worst facilities. He will charge you extra rupees for hotels, food and water bottle than the mrp.

Staff was very friendly and kind, it was walking distance to everything

The bars in the location,I felt a bit scared seeing that we where 2 ladies,although there were no problems

According to the price room size was good.

Cleanliness was not at good at all, it was non AC Room and the fan was not working.

Only for one night

Cockroaches and ragged dirty bed sheets and dirty towels. They didn’ have room with two twin beds, as I booked. Instead they gave us a room with three single beds.

Staff was courteous and willing to help

Location of the hotel, the area around the hotel has lorries and transport related work going on

First of all the employee of this hotel was disgusting, very much poor hospitality room was not cleaned 3rd class dish connection for TV, wifi was not working, washroom was not cleaned and shower was not working they don't provide warm water for bath even next day there was not water in tap, they don't wash their towels and bedsheets, totally very much bad experience with this hotel not velue of money please don't go for it very bad experience.

This was not hotel it's look like Laudge.

It is an ok type of breakfast, with a central location. single room is good for a solo traveller except for the Hygiene and cleaning. Other options of staying are also around along with snacks and economic food shops.

I don't think cleaning underneath the bed has been done ever since the property was made, therefore room was full of cockroaches and bed bugs. Basic hygiene has been completely compromised. Reception Guy (whose duty is in the morning time) sounds very rude.

No hot water. Blankets are used by someone and no windows or exhaust fast.. full of bad smell inside the room.

The staff manager had rude behaviour, I asked for laundry services and he couldn't reply..Lower staff behaviour is good... I don't want to stay again...

I liked nothing.i booked standard double room on 15july2023 but they provided a different room.room was very smelly and not clean with no windows.Not good experience.and also very far from station.they also charged extra 500 rupees in the rate shown on booking.com. the hotel is very bad?

very small rooms and the room we got was not having head room some people may feel uncomfortable

The management from hotel is very poor but night manager was quit good then day manager, I was tottaly disappointed when I ask him about mosquito ? he answer me is fruit and vegetable market area , and i deside i could change hotel i can't stay and i request him around 8 pm air can I checkout tomorrow morning ???? U know what is he's answer if u want you can go checkout now but u have to pay your full amount until 13 march ,, and i was contacted booking. Com customer service, it was really make me disappointed this guy I can't forget he's behaviour.
