rooms were fairly decent.

please do something about the blankets. very unhygienic, and tied up two blankets.apart from that few stains of pen and marker here and there.

I took single room it was clean and good Staff also very responsive

Hotel is in a very good location near Satara Plaza which is exceptionally good. Hygiene and cleanliness are awesome.Sraff very cooperative and well mannered.I would recommend this hotel for other travellers.Being a 2 star hotel,it facilitates like 4 or 5 star hotels. Breakfast should be complementary.

Nothing as such,rooms should have been bigger in size.

Ceiling fan making noise caused to disturb our whole night leisure.

Staff . They were prompt, helpful and well mannered.

- There was no non smoking floor/ room . - Room had no racks or shelves to place personal belongings/ luggage

There was parking issue…u can’t travel by car over there just coz of parking issue only 5-6 bikes can be park there

Staff , maintenance of property, services were not at expectations, Several items was in broken conditions. Cleanliness and change of towel, bedsheets not done. All time we have to request for hot water, towels, water, AC problems etc.Staff services were poor.
