The location is little bit accessible.

It was a terrible experience I had. Upon the arrival they said my booking is bot there but prior to the arrival they confirmed my booking in three different days and also i paid in advance to confirm the booking as well. This was terrible because I arrived from the airport around 10pm and they treated me badly. They said they are fully booked on that day and to find another place but I saw that only one room was occupied on that day. They informed me to contact the fab hotline but when they saw I’m calling, they process my booking. Second thing is about the room condition is not as the photos. Please do an audit for this property. They are maintaining it very badly. The door is not locked by the key and how it unsafe that anyone can enter the room. I’m not expecting much for this price but safety and security is a must. There was a red color patch in the duvet cover and if you need any proofs I have photos as well. People are knocking on doors midnight and couldn’t sleep well. Check CCTV if I’m wrong. Third thing is I had another reservation from 13th to 15th and it also confirmed prior by doing an advance payment but they used to say 14th they are fully booked and couldn’t offer me the room. I’m not a local so it was very very bad how they treated me because I’m also working in hospitality industry. This place is very unsafe and i will not recommend for one whose care of safety and security. Terrible experience.

Location is good if you have an event to attend at DY Patil stadium

Basic hygiene and cleanliness is missing. I understand it’s a budget hotel but basic hygiene and cleanliness is not there.

The location was good and Room is near and Clean

Nothing much.They provide with towels for bathing.

Very small room.phoyo is actually misleading to actual size of the room. Cleanliness is bad. The bed spreads and the quilt was having hair and the bed spread threads are all up and very difficult to sleep.The Aircondition is having some issues as it stops cooling after sometime. I doubt the filter of the Air-conditioning is filthy.There is smell in the room after keeping the Air-conditioning on for some During my stay I asked for a plate for having food. The condition of the plate is so very bad.There is no simple dustbin in the room that is required. The room was very dusty on the light lamp on the bathroom door near the window. The bathroom floor was dirty and smelling. I had no other option but to stay for 2 days as I paid in full and shortage of time for finding new accommodation.

Worth for the money

There is no fan, no bathing towel, no bathing necessities, no basic essentials like tea cup, plate, kettle, etc.

Cleanliness was appreciated.. plenty of parking space

Sheets were not changed or not washed …bed is too hard for comfort… rooms have AC but no fans .. and that was kinda a situation

Im pure vegetarian and location is not good cleaned .all nonveg stalls ,shops ,small restaurants are there .drain water issue.

Room comfertable,hot and warm water facility for bathing ,comfertable bed. Good atmosphere

Check in was fast and the counter staff was friendly.

Room service was not at point..told to clean the room but they ignored. Also charged 20 rupees for 10 rupees bottle.
